Hi,

How to stop an executing scheduled process from the FSM  Smart Client application?

For our customer , we are creating 50000 work order by  executing the scheduled process. Sometime the  end user mistakenly execute the schedule process , so how we can stop the executing scheduled process from the application?

Once the schedule process is mistaken executed , then it starts executing and in the run log status for the scheduled process is “Processing’’. how can we stop it from the application?

I do not believe it is possible to stop a process like this once it is started. The only action that can be taken would be to restrict the ability to start this to prevent the accidental start in the first place.

Hi @TatKhandM ,

Mistakenly executing scheduled process in the sense, is it being executed by the user from the scheduled process screen? Or is there another way provided for the user to do that? You could restrict access to the user at the first place if that’s the case.
