when changing valuation method "Weighted Average" and Inventory Part Cost Level "Cost Per Lot Batch", cost remains 0.

When changing the Inventory Part Valuation Method from "Standard Cost" to "Weighted Average" and cost level to cost per lot batch Purchase transaction created with 0 cost although PO line has a price.Is there any reason for this?

Calendar Exceptions to unavailabilities

HI All, Is there some specific setup required to transfer calendar exceptions for a specific dataset to PSO.We are having problems where calendar exceptions created for users of a particular dataset are not being transferred to PSO while it is working fine for other datsets.For the same Dataset all the other updates on Task are getting transferred to PSO,so it is not an probmelme in the connection seems to be a mising config.Also the exceptions are transferred when the Dailiy load job runs but not for the timeline updates. Error of Insufficient Privilege while spooling IFS report to excel

Please I am having this IFS error of insufficient privilege while spooling report to excel, and the select privileges on the table have been granted already. This spools correctly when a normal report is run, but fails when I choose Export to ExcelError message: "Excel Plugin Error: ORA-06550: line 11, column 26: PL/SQL: ORA-01031: insufficient privileges"

ESRI Map Configuration in PSO

Hi everyone, Hope you are doing well. I have a problem regarding the map configuration in PSO.One can set the iSWBMapType to either ESRI or BING. BING requires to enter a license key (in iSWBMapKey) but ESRI doesn't, so I chose ESRI. After I change iSWBMapKey to ESRI and iSWBMapType to ESRI also (through Administration menu → Parameters), nothing changes in Mapping menu, meaning that I cannot actually see the map, but only the coordinates changing, which is the only way I can see that the ESRI Map has been loaded.I have added 2 images of my Parameters and Mapping screen, in case someone finds them useful. What could be the problem here? Any help would be much appreciated!Thank you in advance, Dimitri

Editing time reporting comment removes approval inconsistently

When editing a time entry that is Confirmed by employee and authorized and approved, inconsistent behavior occurred. Editing Invoice comment and internal comment, the Day confirmed flag is removed on both employee company transaction and on customer company transaction, while as the Approved flag is removed on the employee company transaction but it is still on in the customer company transaction.

Excel Migration Job - Purchase Req with Pre Posting

Dear community. I am creating a migration job to upload No Part lines to an existing purchase requisition and i have two code part columns to add at the same time. In the method list attribute for the PRE_ACCOUNTING table i can use PRE_ACCOUNTING_ID@50 which when i create new records brings the pre-accounting ID and the pre posting is inserted, all good….. however if i try to do an update after the original insert since there is no pre-accounting value generated by Seq 50 so it errors with Missing Mandatory Pre Accounting ID. I’ve set the value on the PRE_ACCOUNTING_ID on the Source Mapping tab to PURCHASE_REQ_LINE_API.Get_Pre_Accounting_Id(REQUISITION_NO, LINE_NO, RELEASE_NO) which brings the pre-accounting value no problem however since there is a fixed value in the Method List Attribute it ignores the value set in the Source Mapping Tab. If i remove the value in the Method List Attribute, the update works, but the insert fails…. Does anyone got any bright ideas, other than doing tw

How to split Part and No Part Register Arrivals access

We need to limit access to Register Arrivals to two Users. One User must only be able to Receive No Part Lines, the other User must only be able to Receive Part Lines. Is there a way to create two Permission Sets to accomplish this Security requirement?

Prevent Destination Warehouse address from overwriting single occurence

When a Destination Warehouse ID is populated on an inter-site PO Line, the remote warehouse address overwrites the Single Occurrence address entered on the order Delivery Address tab. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? So the PO Line uses the Single Occurrence address instead? We are using IFS 9.

Hi, For one of Dutch client, it is required to change the language in month of date format like 02 Mei 2022 to 02 May 2022. Here “Mei” is in dutch format and requirement is to change it in English as “May”. But all the other fields should be in dutch language while printing the report. Failed analysis trigger sign off

Hello all, I am trying to find a way to prevent a Shop Order Operation step from closing automatically in the event there is a failed QA analysis confirmed. I believe a Subtask could be used, but it appears they cannot be attached based on an event. I do not want to require approvals for any Shop Order Operation, only those with a failed analysis. In IFS, is it possible to trigger any sort of event to require a sign off in the event an analysis is confirmed with a failure/out of spec? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello IFS community, The COST and the COST SET A fields do not have values for all the records on the SALES_PRICE_LIST_PART. So, from where are the two COST fields supposed to receive data? I have IFS 10, and found Undo Customer Order Delivery, but I don’t understand RMB comment. I right-clicked in box, and no such option is available. There is a Cancelled Delivery Box, but I cannot select that. Is this a permissions issue?
