Risk Management does not cover Supplier Risk

As at now I can see our risk management solution can have three main connected objects (Project, Sales Contract, Sub Contract). Additionally, Customer ID also connected. But for some reason, I cannot handle Supplier Risk. Can you help me on this.

Vertex shows a incorrect Tax amount where IFS shows the correct amount

We are facing a issue where IFS shows and Vertex shows different tax amounts for Customer orders.We user Vertex to calculate tax for US and Canada but recently we noticed that tax values are different when comparing the IFS and Vertex values. When digging down further we notices that CO invoice number that's mapped with vertex for document number stores the same invoice number for every Customer order. Is there any log we can check what was sent by IFS to vertex? If so, where can I find it? Any advice on what needed to checked? Coz I tried finding documents related to Vertex integration in IFS Application 8 but only found the installation guide. Best Regards,Ruby

Modifying ACH file output

We are in the process of implementing ACH in IFS Apps 10 and we have everything working and have sample output of the ACH file. Reviewing the specs from our bank, we need to make some slight modifications to the output. Where in IFS can these changes be made? I’ve searched all over and can’t find where to make these types of changes.Thanks in advance!

Is it possible to pass to the parameter to crystal report automatically?

IFS Community, hello! There is a possibility that when I click on my crystal report "Material Rev Board Label" See screenshot, the parameter will be automatically passed to my crystal report. This is without prompting the window to ask for parameter values.I have Case ID 52 in my screenshot, so if I click on Material Rev Board Label, the 52 will pass to the Crystal Report automatically and after the report will display.

Confirm PO in supply portal to split order qty, how to make it happen?

Supplier log on Supply portal to confirm POeg: PO#001/Line1/Rel 1 - PO qty =3000, with wanted delivery date 4/1/2022, from supplier side, they only can 1000 on 4/1/2022, 2000 on 4/15/2022, the expected result is, when supplier change PO qty to 1000 and write down date as 4/1/2022 in PO#001/line1/rel 1, then another PO line with same PO#001/Line1/rel2 will be popped up with PO Qty=2000 (the rest of 3000 after 4/1/2022, price and other message is the same as original PO status), then supplier write down date as 4/15/2022. how to make this happen?please adviceThanks

Custom Attribute

I have a custom event that sends an email to a customer when a delivery date is agreed, a custom package is used to return the wanted delivery date from the customer order line.Currently the reference in the trigger is commented out as when enabled I get the message that the table is mutating, which is strange as the its not updating anything. Anybody throw some light I where I have gone wrong. All other Custom Attribute reference used work with out issue.

App message is Finished but nothing is created in DB

Hi,We have an integration that picks up a XML-file and uses a BizApi to create receipts in IFS 9.Everything works fine in our PROD environment.But in TEST env it behaves very strange. Problem is that the messages are processed and gets status Finished. But no receipt is created.In PL/SQL I have executed the methods that the BizApi uses. Then there is no problem. Receipts are created correctly.Any ideas about this?

type of Message code from issuer CAMT053 set up

Hi, I have to set up the parameters for CAMT053 for banks. I’m not sure which type of message code I need to use:The XML file from the bank contains 3 ISO transactions types (Domain/Family and SubFamily) plus a specific BAI code. Extract from the XML file:I firts set up the Family code (ie; ICDT in this example) but it was not recognized when I upload the bank statement in the External Payment. It doesnt’ seems to be useful, as only the specific BAI code has been fetched.Do I have to delete the Family code and enter the BAI Code instead?Example from another file after I set up the BAI codes in the external payment parameters:Does IFS automatically recognized the Domain/ Family or Sub Family Codes? Or do we have to set up the 3 types of messages codes? Thank you for you help on that point, regards

Inventory Parts in Stock - IFSCLOUD

We have a part in Inventory Parts in Stock.The part shows 4 on hand and 4 reserved.Unfortunately, there is nothing in Stock, when selecting Reservation Details,, nothing shows up.We need to remove this, or set to zeroI created a count report, but this part does not show up, so i can’t set to 0Any ideas in removing this, or changing the values to 0.

Advance Invoices process - Multiple changes

We adopted the the advanced invoice process for our CIA customers.However >50% of the time, the original order is modified:Quantity changesFreight Changes or add freight costPricing changes It seems the only way to deal with this is to credit the advanced incoices, net them, and create a new advanced invoice. SO...we wait as long as possible to create the advanced invoice (after we finalize the amt), but we often get payments before the advanced invoice is created and pt them on account. Either it is a lot of work. Are there any creative ways to revise advanced invoices ? Or other ideas on how to deal with this ?

Hi,Maintenance Planners usually make changes for the work order schedule after executing the automatic scheduling in Maintenance Planning Board (MPB).Eg: Planner changes the planned start date of the work task by manually dragging and dropping the Work Task to a future date.Is there an option in the MPB to reverse/undo the above change without manually dragging and dropping it to the date where it was earlier? April 1, 2022 - "Unable to connect to server" on Apps8 360 Workbench Advanced Mapping tab

On April 1, 2022, Bing Map disappeared and showed a message saying “Unable to connect to Server. Please try again later.” on both our PROD and TEST 360 Workbench Advanced Mapping tab screen. See attached screenshot.The line routes and nodes for the service techs/drivers still show up on the screen but the map is gone. Could this be caused by Bing Geocode services URL is outdated on our config file, and hence the message “unable to connect”? Please help..

App9 Report Rule-Action Print to Logical Printer-Action Properties

I have a report rule to print multiple COPIES of a layout but if the layout is more than 1 page it will print # copies of page 1 then # copies of page 2. How can I get it to print page 1, 2, page 1, 2? There is no explanation anywhere about the DuplexMode, PrintConfFileName, SpoolFileName Action Properties for this Action. I’d like to know if the DuplexMode would be used for this purpose? Documentation on the Report Rule Action Properties is terrible - just some feedback.
