FSM6u10 Adding Task_Text fields to Task Search screen fails to find results

Hi there, 

A requirement came from the business to be able to search for Text_Line Codes, Text_ID (Text Blocks), and Text itself. 

Using the UI Designer we added to the Task Search Pane the following:

Task_Text.Text_Line_Code

Task_Text.Text_ID

Task_Text.Text

 

When using these no search results are returned. Can somebody please help and explain why?

 

We implemented very similar capability for Request Notes, so (Request_Text), and this works fine.

 

Why is this not working for Task with specific Notes ????

Hi @AngeloPav 

As you know, for the said feilds the values are defined in Code tables. Did you check the code tables if you have values defined there in order to be fetched?

Hi @Kalpa Perera ,

 

I work with Angelo.  The values that we are searching for are indeed defined in the code tables and have been used in the TASK_TEXT table since we started using the product, so we are puzzled why it didnt work.  Is there anythign that we should be looking for in the screen design/xml?
