Which area of the Alliance you are referring to? Most places in the application it is not configurable.

Do you mean can you configure an email body that will  be sent to a target based on certain conditions?  In version 15+, this can be done with Process Flow where the action can send an email that has both static data and variable data from the document.  The email is configured with Process Flow Email Template.  You have to be a customizer to do this.
