CSV plugin in Cloud

Forum|alt.badge.img+8

according to technical document, IFS Cloud is still support CSV plugin for order report. But when we create a rpl file with csv as output file extension. The output is a excel file other than CSV. is it a bug in IFS Cloud? when we use same rpl file, it works fine in IFS 10 version.

Hi @WilliamRun,

With the provided .rpl layout, we have investigated this issue in one of our latest core reference environments (23.1.5 - 23R1 SU5) and we noticed that when previewing the report from the Print Dialog a .csv file is downloaded!

Also, we tested this scenario in both Chrome Edge web browsers. The .csv file is downloaded in both instances without any issue.

Therefore, this is not a bug in IFS Cloud.

What is the version of the IFS Cloud that this issue is happening?

Thanks! @ashen_malaka_ranasinghe we are using 23.1.0, maybe it has been fixed from 23.1.0 to 23.1.5.
