Hi together,we have the requirment to develop an interface which transfers data to an external system via REST and to use the response for a 2nd call. We did similar things already many times, usually we call the connect framework from PL/SQL (PLSQL_REST_SENDER_API) and process the response in PL/SQL via callback. This works fine as long the response data is placed in the body by the external system. But in this case we are getting back the response in the header. Is there any possibility to access the header tags? In this case we would need the information of “Location” for further processing.   

I’m trying to add an email into IFS Cloud programmatically. ✅Using https://ifspsd2-d05.demo.ifs.cloud/int/ifsapplications/entity/v1/BusinessMailEntity.svc allows me to insert my email header with create@BusinessMailSet.❌When I try to include the Body or HtmlBody parameter, I get a BadRequest error. How do I add my email body to the new header entry?

Hi, Does anyone know the logic for IFS Apps 10 when running costing for one specific part status, how does IFS determin what parts to include in the run?In the background job it  will show x nr of top parts where detected.The number here is much larger then top parts with the specific part status. Thanks in advance!Anna 

Hi @All,I´ve one question, we just installed Update 27 in APPS 10 and got now a strange error message, when we tried to change a weight (WEIGHT_NET in PART_CATALOG) for a part that is in use.The message tells us, that it is not possible to change a weight after there is a invoiced Shipment/customer order for that part.Is this a bug or a “new” function in IFS which cames with the update (we updated from 13 to 27)?Does anyone have experience with that issue?Thanks for any feedback.BRAndre

We have put in Update 28 to our 2 test environments.  We have found that the Purchase Order Authorization screen > View Only My Next Step generates an error for authorised users. If you are not an authoriser and therefore have nothing to authorise there is not an error.If you are an authoriser you get an ‘insufficient privileges’ error.Any ideas?  Is this another known bug in Update 28 that we have not been told about.PS - 2.0 folder has been deleted 

Hi,I found when trying to publish an imported custom projection (from ACP or item)  it gives an error when all the required other configurations in place.  This is in 24R2 3“Database error occurred. Contact administrator.Error details: [{"code":4050,"message":"ORA-04050: invalid or missing procedure, function, or package name"}] “.When looking into further it is found that entry is not getting added into the table custom_projection_tab when importing hence it fails when publishing.Any workaround for this? Thanks,Best Regards,Methshika

Hi Community In all of our companies, the following property under the company details is null.  That means, when the multi company employee confirms the time, the Project Manager need not approve for cost accounting right? But only for 2 companies it works as expected. For the rest, the PM needs to approve. How come the behavior is different for 2 companies only? Is there another setting that I am missing here? This is 24.1.9Thanks,Asela  

We are currently running on IFS Cloud - 24R2.0 - on premiseWe have multiple companies in our IFS environment. For each of these companies, we have set up database Task Schedules to run the Notify Next Authorizer task for Supplier Invoices.For each company, the task is set to run once a day, either at 6pm or 6am.We are having an issue with one scheduled task. We discovered it had been running every minute instead of once a day. When we look at the Execution Plan for each of the companies, we can see that the separator is a caret instead of a semi-colon like on all of the other tasks. This is the only task that has the caret and the only one that runs every minute.The issue is that we don’t know how we got this set up that way. The details of the scheduled task look the same as our other tasks and we don’t see anything that w

Since the new SAF-T Financial schema, v.1.30 comes into force, we are unsure if there are new set ups required in order to create a file corresponding to requirements for 1.3 version. Can anyone please provide the documentation of how to set up SAF-T version 1.3 NO in IFS.

Hi everybody,  I would like to import an external customer payment and match the information with an invoice by creating a mixed payment.  Basic data : Create a template  Create a Payment Format ID ; Create Payment Method and set payment method per institute and external payment parameters When we do that we can import correctly the CSV file and this file will be generated in the path menu External Payments :  

IFS Cloud 25R1, IFS MwO Maintenance 25.3.1443.0Serial Parts added onto a material line and Reserved on a Work Task.The Work Task is assigned to a Resource and Trasferred to mobile.I am unable to issue the reserved material in the work task using MwO. When I try to Issue the materials for the Work Task on MWO, I get the following message : Part Reservation is not available to Issue. Use Planned Material to issue the part instead. On the Technician Portal , I am able to issue the reserved materials on the the work task. Has anyone faced this issue before ?

Hi all, We are on 25.1.1 and many users are reporting the web browsers (Edge/Chrome) taking up lots of memory and CPU % with using IFS Cloud. This might be linked to some pages (ex. Shop Order having about 500 material lines), but not in all instances.  Here’s an example from a key user:while loading data And once the data loads, the CPU % idles without memory getting offloaded.TIA

Hi, In the Resource Monitoring Gantt, the assigned tasks displays the Work Task no. and the Task Description. E.g.   Is it possible to show the Actual Object instead of the Task Description without the need to modify the system? The Actual Object and further fields are displayed when the mouse hovers over the bar. Thanks in advance!

In 25R1, I am creating a Customer from the New Contact Screen.The duplicate check rule for single hit and combined hit are set as Active.The duplicate check action setup Default Action has been set as Prevent Save and set as Active.I entered the exact same name as a Customer that already exists.However, the duplicate check does not prevent the record from being saved.Any ideas as to the reason for this failure on the duplicate check ?

Hi We have a client and when she open the “Customer Order Lines” page IFS automatically trying to run a query.  User is not clicked the search but it runs and end with an system error. There seems to be something loaded with the advance search but its empty when I click on it. I cleared the cache and cookies but everytime when I open that window as a new page even its trying to load some data.Have anyone come accross with this kind of issue? 

Hi Guys,I am trying to attach the documents or view the documents through the cloud CRM companion App.I reviewd the technical documentation and documents are enabled through object connections for both Lead and Business activity. But I cannot see the attachment section in the companion app. I added the security grants for the CRM companion app. Not sure If I am missing any specific permissions  Any idea how I can use the document management functionality in CRM companion app please?

Hellowe are actually doing a migration dryrun from ifs v8 to ifs cloud 24r1we got issue with projections acp deployment.We successfully imported the ACP, but we can not publish our custom projections.We got the following error : invalid or missing procedure, function, or package name Debugging the database package workflow leads me to this :CUSTOM_PROJECTION_UTIL_API.Generate_And_Deploy_Projection___ try to generate and deploy projection.It calls a method to generate the projection header based on the projection object from custom_projection_tab which not exists in it.It result in a package header without lu name, and it must be the reason of the failure.But how can I get the projection registered in custom_projection_tab as I perform an import and not a creation.

I have added some criticalities to the screen Equipment Basic Data - Object Criticality and thought that they will be available from the list of values on the Prepare Work Order screen. The list of values is not available and the criticality cannot be selected from the Criticality screen when I zoom in from the Prep[[are Work Order screen.Please, could you advise if there are other settings in IFS that need to be completed to make criticalities available for the end users. 

We are upgrading to Cloud soon and I was under the impression ALL USERS will have access to Excel Migration - need confirmation and also need to know if the set up is still the same as in 10 - have to set up each user in Data Migration Users table

Can someone confirm what tables are not copied from Prod to UAT/CFG during a database clone? We are on 23R2 upgrading to 24R2 and I noticed that the database clones? I created a support ticket to learn this but they said I should post it in community instead. Thanks!

Hello,When creating an integration schedule, there is an option to ‘Generate Result File’.  If this process is being executed by a system integration user account (in our case ‘INT_ADMIN’), where does this result file go and from where would we be able to retrieve it?Thanks,Richard
