Hello everyone i was creating a Custom Field in Aurena Based in a Custom Enumeration, and i need set a default value based in the Aurena Page that i set the entity , exist a property to preselect that? , i was reviewing other topics where mention something like worklflow manager but in my Aurena Version i dont have this Tool. i appreciate all help ,thanks

Hello,I’ve created a BPA (WORKFLOWS) in IFS Cloud to automatically set default values for the "Defalult Language" and "Country" fields when adding a Lead in the CRM module. This works correctly in IFS CLOUD version. However, in the CRM Companion mobile app, the default values are not applied when adding a Lead.I have also ensured that all necessary permissions are in place for the BPA to function, but the issue persists in the mobile environment.Attached, you’ll find screenshots from both the IFS Cloud and the mobile app for your reference.Has anyone experienced something similar or knows why the BPA changes might not be reflected in the CRM Companion mobile app?Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!Thank you!

Hello Experts,I am trying to transfer documents from manually created Incoming dispatch advice to receipt.I tried using register arrivals and it works but its not working for the incoming dispatch advice window.I have set up the object connection transformation but could not map the correct Source LU Key and Target LU key,  When I attached a documents for the header or line level from the manually created incoming dispatch advice window it will not transfer to Receipt.Did any of the members successfully set this up and got to work?Highly appreciate your help on this. Thanks,Chamath

Hi,I’m getting following error when I try to schedule a big quick report (it takes 20 minutes) :STUCK thread while executing native sender: 'null' Caused by: ifs.fnd.connect.senders.ConnectSender$TemporaryFailureException: STUCK thread while executing native sender: 'null'  We did the change ifs.bizapiTimeout.ExcelQuickReport.RenderExcelDocument=3600 in ifs.properties file and restarted application server (+ reconfigure) like suggested in others posts. But, we are still having the issue.Can anyone help?Best regards

I have created a Maintenance Purchase Requisition from a Work Task, and within the Maintenance Purchase Requisition, I have added a No Part Line, connected to a Supplier. Then I converted the No Part Line to a Purchase Order.Could you please explain how to process and close the PO? All,I am working with a client that needs a second overhead rate on the labor class that is based per hour.  I know I can define additional labor overhead cost elements but they are only allowed to be based by unit produced or as a percentage of labor.Has anyone figured out a way to get the second labor overhead rate to be per hour?  No, I do not want to do a calculation to figure out a rate per piece based on the standard labor hour of the item as that does not account for variations in actual hours during production. Nor is it a percentage of the total labor .Thanks!!!

In Apps9 Repair Work Orders, there is an option to edit the configuration of the part serial record associated with the work order object (see screen capture below). Does this capability exist in Cloud?  Business CaseA customer has equipment to be repaired. A customer order is created that will be used to deliver the repaired equipment to the customer. The customer order line for the part has a config ID of 5555. A repair work order is created with the serial object to be repaired. The part serial record associated with serial object has a config ID of 2222. After the repair, the part serial config ID needs to be updated to config ID 5555 so it can be reserved and picked for the customer order line and then delivered.The repair work order in App

Logged in as AppOwner.This screen has five custom fields, but they are not showing via RMB > Custom Objects > Fields. It just shows “Overview”. The fields were displaying and working correctly, but suddenly stopped. Ordinarily, it’d look something like this (different screen, obviously). All the custom objects would be individually listed.   Any ideas? Nothing has changed, no updates to the system, nothing like that. All the fields are approved and published and WERE working normally!  Have tried all

Hi,In the Reserve and Backflush visualization dialog box I cannot see the available quantity.However, the this inventory item is in stock and if I select manual reservation for the SO material line I can see the stock lines.In the SO line, inventory part is in stock, and both windows' part ownership is company-owned.What could be the reason for this?Thank you in advance.

Apps 10 Update 15SEPA payment format, CORE, 001.001.03In the SEPA XML message there is a tag named <InstrPrty> that can be used to indicate that the payment file should be treated as urgent by the bank.This seem to be defaulted to value “NORMAL”.Is there a way to set this, from within IFS, to “HIGH” for specific payment files.  

We have a large number of users who have left the company and their IFS IDs are inactive. At the Oracle database level they are also inactive and our DBA would like to remove them.  Does anyone have experience with removing users from the Oracle data base but leaving them in IFS as inactive.  They do not own any schemas, events, triggers, batch jobs, etc.

In 23.2.9, we are not able to connect a material requisition line to a non conformance report.It seems that in the object key ref, the key order_no is missing. So, we cannot search for a material requisition line from the material requisition number.  Conversely, when trying to attach a NCR from the material requisition window, we got an error message. Hereafter are the parameters of the object connections : Any idea regarding this ?

Hello.We have a weird IFS behaviour : on this screen ifsapf:tbwReceiptInfoWe already added a couple of custom fields, they are already available and displayed on ifsapf:frmReceiptInfoAbout ifsapf:tbwReceiptInfo , by realizint a right click → column chooser, even if we add every CF on the right side, and then, by clicking on the OK button, these CF are not displayed.If we return to column chooser, they still appear in the left side.What can we do to display these CF? all of them are persistants and they are not shared with no other view.

Hi,  Does anyone know a way to see the information sources used in Business Analytics/Business Reporter reports. Essentially trying to work out which of our QFACTs are not being used. Thanks
