Customer would like to get the functionality to perfom mass approval  on the time autorisation screen and impact of mass autorisation to be reflected on the time card details screen. If mass autorisation is perfomred in autorisation screen when check time card details the time card is not displaying the correct autorisation status.Currently upload of project transaction of this company is performed  through  Excel migration job.

Hello,I’m triying to close the period but I get the error “Transactions waiting to be transferred from Distribution and/or Manufacturing”.How can I correct the status code 99?Can I modify the accounts from the transaction history?Also, the backgroud jobs have to be cleared in order to close the period?Thank you!

Our company has one manufacturing site that supplies all other [seven] sites using distribution orders. So, our main site (Site1) has a mix of [Inventory Part] Part Types of Manufactured and Purchased while the other sites (Site2-Site8) have all Part Type = Purchased Raw. We would like the cost structure of our inventory parts to be identical throughout all sites. Currently, Site1 uses Costing Template M-110 which breaks out cost into cost buckets 100, 200, and 221. Site2-Site8 uses costing template P-110 which accumulates all of the cost in bucket 110 (because these parts are “purchased”). Is is possible to make all 8 sites have the same [M110] cost structure that break the costs out into the three different buckets? (even though Site2-Site8 does not have product structures or routings in their sites...) Furthermore, we update all our part costs periodically. We plan to calculate the cost in Site1 (because this is where the product structures and routings exist

I was trying to figure out the functionality around this option “Finalize Picking of Source Lines” option in the Pick but Choice Window in Shipment Delivery,  is this setting  per Order line, or is it set for the Site or Company? I would also like to know  what happens when it is selected and un selected. Since window is a popup, the help was also not helpful, appreciate if you help me understand this. Pls refer the attachment for more details.     

Hi Community,The tab Manufacturers under SFPP contains columns from Supplier Part Manufacturer List in Page Designer. We would like to find see Manufacturer’s Part in this view.Is it possible to add fields from Manufacturer Part Numbers where Manufacturer’s Part is already included, alternative replace with these columns? 

Currently in IEE, you are able to see the number of attachments at the bottom of the screen when viewing details of a Business Opportunity: In Aurena, there is no number on the panel that indicates how many attachments are present, you have to click on the panel first then the total number of attachments will display:Even in the Business Opportunities screen, you have to click on the paperclip once to display the number of attachments.

Hi AllI have a question about the M94 scrapping inventory part with no Credit. Example. Ordering goods for 100 EUR, qty 100 pcs.Material arrival triggers M92 - M91 for 100 EUR10 pcs gets scrapped system triggers M94 - M92 10 EURNow you create the supplier invoice and match it against the receipt System triggers now M91 - M92 100EURMy M92 is now not balanced anymore. now i have a balance issue of -10 EUR on the M92. Does anyone know whats the further process in order to balance M92? Do i need to handle the matching differently in the supplier invoice? Thanks in advance for the tipps. Best RegardsSophal

What is the correct typo of the api to send e-mail with attachment and identifying the mail sender?

Hi,Any idea as how the supply quantity in the Inventory Part Availability Planning Screen is calculated when both Scrap Factor and Multiple Lot Size are given. Example: Scrap Factor 40, Multiple Lot Size 10. After PMRP run, system shows Supply in IPAP screen as 102 as shown below: Quantity in PR is correct as 170However, if Multiple Lot size is changed to 50, scrap factor is still 40 then after PMRP run, Supply is shown in IPAP screen as 120 as below: Quantity in PR is correct as 200.In both the scenario, PR quantity is correct but not able to understand the calculation logic shown in Inventory Part Availability Screen. Regards,Shahnawaz Farooqui

Hi There,Do we have any standard solution already available in IFS  for Bonded Warehouse or IFS has any plan to introduce a solution in their upcoming releases. We have already designed a solution to support Boned warehouse using configurations and lobbies. Think it is not worth doing configurations if there is a plan to deliver the standard solution by IFS in their upcoming releases as our implementation is planned for next year. Hi!We are using the Integration XML Map to Update or Create a Task. However, it works well to update an existing task, the same does not occur to create a new task. Here, you can see the integration run log, where the exception message “Invalid value of 12141 for column Task Task ID FSM.” is shown.  Do you have any idea to help us solve this issue?Thanks in advance,Alexandra Pereira

We create DOP orders from Customer Orders where no lead time is set, and the lead time is effectively 0. However, the planned delivery date and the due date on the DOP order show a 1-day difference. Why is there a 1-day difference even though no lead time is specified?

Hello everyone,  We’re managing permissions for IFS Business Reporter and we’re starting to build more and more reports within the tool. As we’re training up more report designers, we’re running into a bottleneck around permissions management since each report (and each report unpublish / publish event) has to be managed separately.  Thinking about how to solve this, if the report structure within Business Reporter could be an object to manage permissions, this would permit folders to be assigned to a permission set and the report projections underneath them would be inherited by the “folder” level security object.  It seems to be inline with the direction laid out in the technical documen

Hi, all this while we were able to back date preliminary manual supplier invoice without any issue. We have a new company with Italy localization enabled and we are not able to change the voucher date on the manual supplier supplier invoice window any more. It always reverts back to current date. Is this is company level parameter or because of Italy localization? Appreciate if someone can assist :)
