Hello, I would ask you a question, it is possible to add Custom Field, or Custom Object to the entity “InventoryPartsAvailabilityPlanning”? Because this entity doesnt exist yet and when I will create, in label for inputing entity name is letter limit 30 and this entity has more than 30 letters, it is possible to add in this entity some columns?  Thank you

Hello,My question concerns the finance migration to the IFS cloud version.I have a question regarding this process.We have the client's opening balance as of 31.12, and we are planning to migrate elements such as invoices, customers, suppliers, taxes, using external vouchers.However, I am wondering about the general ledger—how can we migrate the remaining elements from the general ledger? Should I request a full general ledger and import it as an external voucher to reach the balance as of 30.09?Thank you for your help. Best regards,

Is there a way to restrict a report only to print the 1st page ?

I wonder about the syntax of the navigation parameter $action that is briefly described here: Lobby Navigation Guideline - Technical Documentation For IFS CloudIn the example in the guideline it says $action =ExportCompanySetup{InputTemplateId:$[TemplateId]} but I can’t figure out what ExportCompanySetup stands for. When I navigate to an assistant (Business Report) I do not manage to initiate it as i like, propably because I don’t write the parameter as I should.Is there any place where I can read a full description about how to use $action?

How we can setup the Skip level access in Position Structure, for employees within an organization unit.Let us assume the following example.I have an organization unit A with Position Structure as Sr. Manager > Line Manager > FTEsField Technician : 10Line Manager : 1Sr. Manager :1I want to setup like: 5 FTEs should be accessed by Line Manager (Sr. Manager will have access to Line Manager and his sub ordinates)Other 5 FTEs should directly be accessed by Senior Manager (Line Manager should not have access to these 5 FTEs) How we can setup the access for above scenario.

Process to create Customer Sales Invoice for materials issued on Work Order.  The materials that have been issued on Work task are “Invoiceable”.  Followed the steps below:Generate Invoice preview Did ‘Approve-Online’ of Invoice Preview Customer Order was created and released Customer Sales Invoice was created Invoice was Cancelled Invoice before printing  Customer Order now shows status of Delivered Work Task Sales line status = Transferred Problem is my Customer Sales Invoice is now cancelled and the status of the Customer Order is Delivered.  How to I generate another invoice for the Work Task Sales lines?Any help would be greatly appreciated.ThanksShelley

Dear community,When a Control Plan is associated with a purchase order receipt, we do not know how to add specific data points like we can do on shop order for situations like one-off testing that we do not want in the standard Control Plan (IFS Cloud 23.2.9)In addition to this, is there a way to add tools in the Purchase order Control Plan > Tools tab ?We would like to connect a new Tool to the purchase order-specific data point, but there is no method available. 

24.1.3.I have a manufacturing tool enabled for control plan with three valid calibrated tool instances.In an Analysis Result for a data point that is connected to this tool ID, in the Enter and View Results dialog I am not able to select a tool instance in the dropdown list.In the Analysis Result page, though, using the ‘Select Tool’ command for the data point I am able to select a tool instance in the dropdown list.Could this be a bug?

24.1.3 and reported by customer in their 23R2.In the page Shop Order Operations, there used to be a command ‘Scheduling’ which would allow you to either Sequence Operations or Schedule Shop Orders. This command is no longer present in this page.I can sequence, though, in the page Visual Shop Order Operations Planning.Why is this command no longer available here? 

Hi, we would to add an approval step on the reported times of our employees using the shop floor workbench. Operators use the shop floor workbench to report time they spend on a operation. Can we add an ‘approval’ step to this? On the site level, we have the option ‘Authorisation required’ on shop floor reporting setting, but where can we approve this? In an ideal situation, i’d like to this in the screen ‘shop floor clockings’ or ‘shop floor reports’? Thanks!

Hi, I’m wondering if it’s possible to create a new Customer Invoice Series and create an Invoice Number Series so that when we create Manual Customer Invoices manually, using the screen the system will generate the next invoice identity instead of manually entering the invoice number. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ThanksShelley

Can a customer confirm an appointment booking through B2B Customer portal?

I am using Aurena NotifyMe 10 and trying to see notes added under PR lines. But they are not transmitting to the NotifyMe App. When i checked the Purchase Req Line Authorization page for the triggered authorization, PR lines notes are not even transmitted to there. My question would be which notes are supposed to be displayed in NotifyMe App (below) ?  

I have created a new external file template using a copy of standard ‘MXP_CAMT’ file. I have created a new cash account and connected to a payment method (which has the connection to the new payment format).Below are the cash account details  Below is the company identifier setup However based on below screenshot, cash account is not fetched although company identifier is fetched.  I would like to know what I have missed or is this a bug?  

Hello All, We’re having an issue with the Launch Browser function on mobile. I’m assuming it’s to do with an Android update as this was functioning earlier in the year. Has anyone else experienced this and hopefully resolved the issue?We are using it to link to a site that takes credit card payments.I’ve tested the function by creating a new button that links to https://www.google.com just to make sure it’s nothing to do with our URL. The button does nothing. No error or attempt to open anything. It does link out to google properly when tested on the smart client script editor so I’m fairly certain that everything on the FSM side is correct.  We use Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 devices on Android 13. Let me know if you need any more details about our mobile devices Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks

I am trying to create a Report Rule with an Action to Check In To Document Management.  When I print the document, I can get the system to create a Document based on the Document Class.  I need to also connect to an LU.  The LU is a Document Folder.  If my Document Folder name is Supplier, how would I enter the information in the Connected LU field?The Documentation has the following for Connected LU:<u>ConnectedLU / KeyRef:</u> You can specify if the generated report should be attached to an application form as an attachment. Quite new to the Data Migration Tool in IFS I try doing my first Excel migration job using two LU’s. The purpose of the job is to update the SUPPLIER.SUPP_GRP column.
