 I am trying to reveive parts in on a PO and I am getting the error message "There are not enough component parts shipped to the supplier to receieve this quantity.I could see all the component parts of the particular line has been shipped to the supplier using supplier material functionality.Had also tried this work around given below Check the PO Line you are about to receive.RMB on the Supplier material (if the option is active and available)One of the components which has fractional quantity per assembly probably has Qty Calc rounding of 0 in inventory part.Change the Qty calc rounding and receive the PO Line Still the issue persists , when I am trying to change the qty calc rounding to 1 for example , I am getting an error that Qty calc rounding must be zero for serial tracked parts ....How should I mitigate this error ? And how should I recieve the remaining qts in the PO "There are not enough component parts shipped to the supplier to receieve this quantity".

Hi All, In the Business Activity, I can attach Emails from Outlook and they are displayed in the References Table as shown below.Whereas, the Business Opportunity, I do not see where the Outlook Email is being displayed. Any thoughts? Thank you,Alex

I’ve got a sample report that’s in PDF format that I need to covert into a spec so that we can create the report in IFS.  It would be extremely beneficial if I cold edit that file.  Does IFS have software in its reportoire that allows us to edit?Editing in Work did not give me what I need becuase of the outlines of the boxes that are in the PDF.Patrick

Hi All, I have created a new Business Opportunity in IFS Cloud, but I don’t see a button to send the Business Opportunity to the CRM Outlook Panel?  The Business Activities has this functionality, but I don’t see it for Business Opportunity. I tried to upload an external file to IFS, but encountered an error. When I enter the figures in the amount field, the upload is successful. However, if I enter the figures in the currency amount field, I receive the following error: ORA-20110: ExtCheck.VOU_NOT_BAL: Voucher 28-AUG-24 is not balanced in accounting currency.How can I resolve this issue?

For Document No of 48 (Defined by IFS) there is report by name Inventory Turn over rate. In which screen should be insert the doc text (48) to get the same printed on Report “Inventory Turn Over Rate”

When trying to make a rest call using BPA i’m having the following error : HTTP Connection Delegate could not retrieve the data from the specified URL.Returned status code: 500 The call passes threw when using postman for exemple so i know that the url is ok Any idea please?

Hello,I have a question about the Intercompany process direct delivery to the customer and need your help. When I create a customer order on the demand site and ad a item withe the supply code “Purch Order Dir” the system created a PO. In this PO the delivery adress on the PO line and in the header level are different. Is there a way to get the delivery adress vom the customer order on the header and the position level in the PO?  Thank you, for your help. Hannah

We have a customer with a strange issue. We have setup a integration that uses FILE_READER to read the files into IFS. The environment is a cluster configuration on-prem that has two application servers that are loadbalanced by netscaler.The issue is that sometimes the file gets stuck in the /IN catalog on the application server like the FILE_READER does not detect it. In our troubleshooting we have noticed that when we put two files simultaneously on each of the appserver only one file gets picked up by the FILE_READER. After about 30 min the other file on the appserver gets also picked up. Conclusion is that it seems like FILE_READER is only initiating on one of the application servers at a time which causes delays for files being read by the FILE_READER. However there are no errors what so ever in the connectserver logs. Has someone else experienced this type of issue? 

I have added a custom image URL to an Aurena Lobby which displays as expected in EE but when viewing the lobby on Aurena it does not display the background image. Does anyone know how this can be done? Many thanks,Annie

Hi all, We’re investigating the potential use of substitute parts for some of our sales parts.Essentially we have a Telesales function whereby we take orders via quick customer order registration.Orders are raised in a planned status and are released via background task. I’m looking to try to understand if substitute parts can work at the order input stage when there is no sales part availability. All documentation I have found seems to point towards substitute parts are used at quotation stage only. I’m hoping that this is not a limitation of this functionality. Thanks as always in advance for any advice.

Dear IFS Experts,I am experiencing issues with the selected records (377) in IFS Application 10. Previously, record 317 functioned perfectly. Please help if you have any suggestions for resolving this?   

In the Inventory Transaction History in IFS App 9, I’d like descriptions of what Order Ref 1, Order Ref 2, Order Ref 3, Order Ref 4, Order Ref 5 represent when Order Type = Customer Order, Purchase Order OR Shop Order.  Order Ref 1 is easy enough - it’s the order number.  I’m fairly sure I know what 2 and 3 are but I’d rather confirm.  4 & 5 are a mystery, so I can’t tell if they’re important to my analysis. 

Is there any report we can see PO number, PO received date, PO total amount, PO invoiced amount in one file ?

Dear Community,we are in the middle of IFS implementation (Cloud). So far, we have a lot of B2B Customers and we use some Platforms which handle direct B2C business for us. Our plan is to establish own B2C business.Customer Order should be transferred from Presystem to IFS as well as Customer Basic Data. Based on that we plan to have a huge (>1.000.000) amount of B2C Customers in IFS during next years.Our Question is if somebody have experience with huge Amount of Customer data in IFS and especially with performance of queries and jobs which needs to handle such data?RegardsSebastian

Hi,I would like to implement the following functionality using standard IFS Cloud functions. When I attach a document (attachment - pdf file) to an invoice, I would like this attachment to be automatically attached to the tax transaction for this invoice and the PK header.Is this possible?

Good morning.  I have defined the TR Config as follows:I created a TR for just over R10K and Confirmed it.  I was however able to Approve without any Amount Based Approval requested.  I am the Supervisor of the Employee in the TR.  Any idea why the Amount Based Approval is not working?  Many thanks.  Anya.
