We have a requirement to Copy production data to one of the non-production environments (CFG or UAT) in daily basis. We are waiting for a clarification regrading following things.
1) Is there any automated process to run in daily basis?
2) If not how to handle this manually?
3) Which team we need to contact regarding this?
Product Version: 24.2.2 and IFS manage cloud customer.

Yes, all clones are automated, you can request them via customer portal

N/A

Database service team will handle the cloning activity
To be clear there is no automated process that I know of to pre-schedule the clones to happen daily, you’d need to make a daily request for a clone.
The actual cloning PROCESS is automated, but not the cloning REQUEST.
