ERROR: The Inventory Part in stock object does not exist.I’m in APP9 and have 2 work orders that are project connected. We have used move serial to inventory functionality to move the serial object into stock. I’ve confirmed they are in stock and project connected. The work order status was reviewed, all postings are authorized and all lines are not invoiceable on the transfer to customer order screen. When the user tries to change work order status to Finished, this error is received. I’m unsure how to resolve this issue and didn’t see anything in other posts with this same issue that would help me. 

We have custom LOV’s in Cloud.  When using the Find option, there are no hearts that would normally be clicked to create a Favorites list.  We have a maint org LOV in the task with hearts, but in the business opportunity we had to customize the list and there are no hearts.  Is there a way to create Favorites on the custom LOV?

To anyone in the IFS Community,I’m having issues with the IFS MWO Service app on both Android and Windows. I’m able to initialize (Force Initialize) and use the application but it isn’t reflecting simple page designer changes such as a label rename.I’ve verified that this isn’t an issue with other Page Designer contexts and have found errors within the application log from initialization. See attached and excerpt below. Hi All,I have a scenario once the workorder has been created from the PM schedule, the workorder completion date must be within the particular period. One of the Maintenance department’s KPIs is to perform the work order within that particular time period. If it’s going beyond that period, it’s considered as ‘Over due’. Then that will impact their KPI. In IFS, do we have a method(either lobby or field) to track this work order completion Overdue. Any suggestions for this scenario?Thanks & Best Regards,Nipun

To ensure the appropriate resources are spent where most users will benefit from improvements, we need to have a way to see the total usage of a page or module in IFS Cloud.How can that be done today and is there a plan to implement some tools for the system admins to gain this insight?Br Hans

Hello All!Is there a setting in IFS Cloud where I can tell it what context I would like to default to when editing a page via the page designer?  We have several contexts, one of which I am part of, so when I go to open the page designer it defaults to that context.  However, that context is only needed for a couple pages and I am almost always working on the global context instead.  AS an example, here is the context setting when I open the page designer on the purchase order screen -   Notice it defaults to “ACE Part Team”.  This page doesn’t even have a saved configuration for that context, yet it still defaults to this.  I need to remember to change that value to global every time I want to edit, and it is becoming frustrating.

Is there a way in IFS Cloud to set an item as default as non-consumed at part level instead of doing this at the product structure level?If not, where in IFS cloud can done a mass update for all the product structures the articles is used in. 

Hi,I’m using a Migration Job to import some Customer Orders.  When Customer Orders are created in Aurena we have a custom action in place that creates a new Financial Project, and connects the new Customer Order to the Financial Project.  I can see this running in the Log Window, which shows that the action name is “Cf_CreateConnectFinancialProject” and the Projection is “CustomerOrderHandling”: I can confirm that this Projection>Action exists by looking at the Projection in Enterprise Explorer: What I’m stuck on is how I call this action from my Migration Job, as it claims the method doesn’t exist:I’m familiar with how to call APIs but not Projection Actions.  Can anyone help please?We’re running APPS 10 Release 25.

Hi,I am bit confused about the replacement PM’s,Suppose I have 3 Pm’s. P1 P2 and P3.P3 is replaced by P2 and P2 is replaced by P1. Now if we generate work order having same planned week, consider w1 as work order for all PM’s.       1.If I cancel related work orders in P2. What happens to the P1 work task?        2.Does work task of P1 only depends on P3 not on P2?

Strange one, one user cannot see all customers, other users with exactly the same settings can. Tried clearing projection cache, metadata etc., problem still exists. I have logged in as the user on my machine the issue persists. Any ideas, pointers much appreciated.

In IFS Cloud, when using the new employment wizard in another language other than English, I cannot complete the process. I must save it as a draft and switch my language to English. Then go back to wizard, open the saved draft and then I am able to complete (Finish) the new employment wizard.  Has anyone else experience this? Is there a solution?

When a work order is created from the PM, the map position (latitude and longitude) is populated based on the functional object linked to the PM. However, the technical class is not being populated.

Hi everyone,I'm currently working on a performance testing scenario involving IFS IEE, and I'm exploring the possibility of using Apache JMeter for this purpose.Our IFS setup uses Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) with Windows credentials. This adds a challenge since the IEE client authentication is tightly integrated with Windows authentication (Kerberos/NTLM), which JMeter doesn't support out of the box.I'd like to ask:Has anyone successfully connected or simulated IEE actions via JMeter in an ADFS-authenticated environment? Are there any known workarounds (e.g., session token replay, fallback to basic authentication)? Would it be more feasible to test via Aurena REST APIs instead of the IEE client in such a case? Any advice on how to structure the test plan or simulate real user activity under SSO constraints?Appreciate any insights, examples, or best practices!

Greetings!I ran a “evaluate rules” on a Interim Demand I created. I received the following error but do not know what it means or how to fix it. The error is stated as” Formula Execution” It lists out a long “Decode” sequence with the tail end of it stating “INTO:result from Dual ORA-01476 divisor is equal to zero” I have no idea what that means
