We have encountered an error in the IFS App 10. I have verified that the condition code is connected to the relevant part, including the PO. However, the error persists while issuing the material throughout the work order.Additionally, I have checked the posting control, and the condition code and account appear to be properly connected. Despite this, the issue remains unresolved.An important observation is that the error does not occur with newly created parts. It only appears with existing parts that either have inventory or no inventory items. Need a guidance to resolve this error.

We are facing one issue in auto dispatch functionality .During the Initial analysis we found the FSM receiving allocation times after 1 hr or 2 hr from PSO.Even the primary SLA is only 6 hours. If there any possibility to reduce the PSO allocation time.

Hello experts,Please see screenshot below. The resource CHA is not getting more jobs committed today, because he has jobs downloaded in his device for next week, and the week after, so it seems that max committed jobs allocated in the rule, which is 5, is stopping more jobs getting allocated today. We have modified the rule parameters, please second screenshot, but the change in the Rule Window (1 day) has not worked to limit the rule to a validation of only the current day. Could you please advise?

In some customer projects there are external systems where invoices are created. When invoices are received as a flat file, using external files into external customer invoices and there after to AR we have a need to see that all invoices included to the batch are transferred.On supplier invoices and in the database on invoice there exists a field Batch ID.The field should similarily available for External customer invoices and on Customer Invoice views. 

One user is getting this error when navigating from Lobby element to Return Material Authorization Lines view. Other users with similar permissions will not get error. He can anyway then search on that view without getting any more errors. Error disappear if personal profile is disabled. If personal profile is enabled but emptied error comes back. So deleting personal profile did not help, only disabling it. Any ideas what else could be done to get rid of this error? 

"Move Task" option is not available when the Connection type is Work Packages. Can we get this enabled to move work tasks to another work order even though the work order is initiated from project deliverables work packages side.This is important to customers according to the below business requirement> We need a functionality to be able to move work tasks to another work order, e.g. in the event that not all tasks are possible to complete in a planned period. The remaining work tasks will need to be moved to another(or new) Work Order, where the other/new Work order will often need a different activity connection.Standard cloud “Move Work Task” is restricted to only certain Connection Types for the Work Order (e.g. Equipment) - we intend to use Work Package as Connection Type for Work Orders originating from Project Deliverables. “Move Work Task” is also restricted by Work Order status, it seems once the WO has reached status “Prepared” or beyond

I want to define a filter in lobby that shows all the teams and i can select one and all the the other elements are filtered by this selection.Im not getting any values in the list of the lobby filter, but in the element preview i am getting all the values and in data source as well.   

I was testing this combination a bit and it seems the only way to change the unit cost of a part in this case is to manually use Modify Cost Level Details, by part and condition. Which means that there is no way of recalculating the costs in bulk for several parts? You can do the cost calculations and copy to cost set 1, but the standard part cost will not be used. Am I missing something?

Hi All,Having an issue with datasets which contains 11k  records whenever initialization happen form FSM did not see any error in schedule manger its showing process completed but when i am checking in to PSO dataset is not able to load entire data  its getting timed out. I could see the status of the dataset is “NO DATA”  if dataset having less load process is completing successfully  and displaying data on schedule board. I was suspecting  that db space issue or  timed out need to increase in binding path.Could any one  please help me on this how we can fix the issue ?Thanks,Durga

 i have created a and element and added it to lobby screen, the element has variables on it. when i try and link the variable to a look up it shows the dropdown but does not show the valuesi tried using a SQL datasource and the Query Builder and neither are working any guidance would be appricated here is the datasource it has 4 valuesadd the lookup to the looby dropdown has 4 blank values listed in the dropdownselecting any of them does not filter the results 

Hello IFS Community, Hello IFS Community,I recently created a quick report in IFS Cloud, and I noticed a red line under the column chooser option. This line seems to divide the fields into two groups: those that appear in the report and those that do not.How can I configure the report to ensure all fields, including those below the red line, are displayed in the report? 

Hello IFS Community, In IFS Cloud, I can navigate to the entity page and view the API and Package tabs. However, how can I determine the required parameters for a function or method when searching for a package under the entity page? For example, in the case of Inventory Part => Get_Description, I can see the function or method name, but I am unable to find the details of the parameters it requires. Is there a way to view the parameters? fyi. my question is not about retrieving the description data. I am looking to understand how to locate and learn about the required parameters. Please, provide some screenshot for easy understanding. :-)  Thanks,JL

Hello everybody! The customer requests that the marked field in the attached screenshot should have another background color, as the field is Mandatory (we’ve already set the field as Mandatory, but a visual impact would be nice to have). Has anybody done this? Hello,maybe someone knows which projection in permission sets is responsible for the possibility to see what documents are connected to the business object?We need to create a user role which will be able only to view information in the system and cannot change anything. When making DOCMAN projections as read-only, then system doesn’t provide what documents are attached to the certain business object.I see the number of attached documents, but not the information of those attachments.Please help to understand what setup should be to see attachments.:)Thanks beforehand

Hello! We are having a issue where the UoM from a punchout. According to the supplier they are sending RL (roll) but the field is returned blank to IFS. We added the UoM to Units of Measures in IFS but it still doesn´t catch it from the basic data. We have tried with both lower- and upper cases and different combinations but no difference.    It only fetches “No unit” (*)   Can someone please help me? :) BREmma

Hi,In IFS Cloud page Purchase Receipts History we have the column Actual Arrival Date we can see the date and time. But we only see time 00:00 but the time in the Receipt is 10:01.Is the Actual Arrival Date in the Purchase Receipts History page fetched from the Actual Arrival Date in the Receipt page? If yes, is it correct that the time is not fetched to the Actual Arrival Date in the Purchase Receipts History page?

A producing company assemble large units that are serial trackedThe unit is dis-assembled after finalized quality control and testing and stored in different locations and on different pallets. Challanges to be solvedKeep track of the completet unit as it is one serial no, when splitted in reality, to multiple locations The serial No cannot be splitted in inventory and placed system vice in different location, further more, no inventory movement kan be done per pallet. In shipment you cannot handle the pallets as you must have a qty in each pallet, in this case you have several pallets in reality but as it is one serial no, the qty can only be in one of the pallets.
