 One of our UK client has a requirement where they issue an invoice to one of their customers with CIS deductions and they want to show this amount in the CIS connected tax proposal. However, the standard tax template S004 connected CIS report only fetch tax disbursed transactions. Customer is using APPS10.Anyone has experience in handling such a scenario? Thanks

Hi All,I have created a custom entity that contains a saved image URL. I need to display the corresponding image on a custom page. How can I achieve this?I tried using the 'Image' control, but it is not working.

We are currently in 23R1 and are prepping to go to 24R1 in IFS Cloud.  But, we are having a bit of an issue with our Shop Orders and associated time reporting.  We normally will set our Routings to have identical Machine Run and Labor Run Factors, and we adjust our Work Center Capacities to account for the number of people there (e.g. 1 person is 100% efficiency, 2 people is 200%, etc.).  But, with our larger projects, it is very common to have something take a month to manufacture.  And, during this time, it is VERY normal for the sites to add additional people to a Work Center for a day or two if they have some extra workers available (say, another Work Center is down for material issues or Maintenance).  But, when this happens, our Remaining Hours gets out of alignment.  For example, Person A will Start Production for the day, starting Labor and Machine Time, and then use Stop Production when they are done, totaling 10 hours for the day (say 6 am to 4:30 pm with 30

Hello. We have Period 13 set up as a Year Closing period. Normally, we would consolidate periods before period 13. We entered some manual year end entries in Period 13. So do we need to consolidate Period 13 as well? Would appreciate any input on this.  

We found and issue while attempting to migrate PROD_STRUCTURE rows using the Data Migration Manager.In essence, once we reach the Deployment Container screen and when we click on Deploy, nothing gets deployed. Today I’m trying to migrate data into INVENTORY_PART_UNIT_COST using a Migration Job (Migration Type = INSERT_BY_METHOD_NEW). I configure the job and map my fields as usual, but upon execution of the job ALL 3,054 rows fail with the error ORA-01003: no statement parsed.  No additional error descriptions, just No Statement ParsedI tried running this as a Background Job and looking at the job output but nothing useful is displayed there either.Is there something obvious that I’m missing? is this type of error an indication of something in particular? Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this? Thanks!

Hi All,I’ve been doing some testing with IFS Cloud cluster setup in 24R2. The issue I’m facing is that kubeconfig is only created for one node, even though 3 nodes are defined. Due to this limitation, powershell cannot connect and issue any kubectl commands if the first node is down.My expectation was that the kube config would include all 3 nodes or at least have 3 config files, but it doesn’t appear to be the case. What is the process to manage kubenetes when the first node is down? What is the way around of this?

We had an issue over the weekend.  we went from Standard Time to Daylight Savings time.  From about 1AM to 3:00AM the time on our Time Clock and the Time on the Shop Floor Workbench did not match.  The Shop Floor Workbench was 1 hour ahead of the Time Clock.  During this time operators could not clock into jobs on the SFW because it said: “Start time for a clocking cannot be a future time.”  Once the actual time change occurred, this error fixed itself.Do the SFW and the Time Clock get their times from separate places?We are on Apps 10.

Issue:  We are receiving an error when saving a new line on a Customer Order that is pulling the price from a Customer Agreement if there is not a Sales Price List also connected to the Customer for that part. We would expect to be able to add and save the line since the price is valid for the Customer Agreement.We previously were able to enter a new line for a part that is on a Customer Agreement even if the part is not on a Price List that is connected to that Customer. This is generated in the clients environment

Is there any reason why multiple Build-Homes can’t be used in the Remote Use Place to manage multiple Middle Tiers? For example, one Windows server would have multiple “ifsroot” directories, each one would be pointing at a different set of servers.I have found the following article Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on IFS Cloud Remote Deployment | IFS Community however it is 3 years old and refers to 22R1; does the same apply i.e. Logging would be the only issue or has that changed in later releases?

Is anyone aware of what fields IFS is using to calculate shop order op scrap?

Using the “Compare Shop Order with Structure and Routing” option on a shop order shows blowthough phantom items strangely. I get that its doing a 1 to 1 with the product structure so it shows the phantom as being “absent” on the shop order structure and the blow-through components as being “additional”.But I don’t like how the default action is to “remove” the additional components, when they really should be there. We had a change order come through and a planner went through this screen to update shop orders and removed many components without realizing. If we use the “Update Structure Revision and/or Alternate” or “Mass Update Shor Order Structures” it updates the shop orders correctly. Just wondering if I’m missing something with a setting or something. Or if anyone knows if there is any plans to make the Compare feature a little “smarter” in regards to phantom structures.

Hi All, There is an option to Edit Location when creating a New Work from MWO.  When we change it to Yes, we can provide details related to a location.  But, I cannot find anything related to given address in the created work task or work order in the back office? At where these given details are saved?We have a requirement of defining new location details when creating a New Work. If this can be used it is really helpful.TIA.

Hello, Can anyone provide some context and detail on the Skills options/settings in the PSO ARP please? How are the “In use costs” and In use multipliers” best used?What are their designed use cases?What are the recommended settings for trial usage? I am hoping they can help us solve an issue: When we need to utilize a large crane truck, we hope to add more similar (crane dependent) work onto that same run for the day. This should of course be balanced against excessive travel distances to achieve similar work, but when using such a vehicle, it pays to maximise its specialist application, and then perhaps not use it at all on other runs. This would be better than needing to use the large crane truck every day for just 1 crane specific job a day. While other service work which does not require a crane truck can be done from that large crane asset, it is a better use of vehicles to use them primarily for their designed fun
