We’re working in IFS Cloud 24R2 and trying to add a new top-level folder in Navigator Designer. Logged in as IFSAPP, we can add entries and sub-nodes under existing folders, but we don’t see any option to add a new root-level folder directly.
Is there a supported way to add a top-level folder in the navigator structure? Are there specific steps, permissions, or contexts required to make this option available?
Additionally, we’re looking to apply similar navigation changes for B2B users. However, when accessing the B2B portal—even as IFSADMIN—we don’t see the Navigator Designer option at all. Is there a way to configure or assign custom navigation for B2B users?
Any guidance or confirmation from others working with 24R2 and B2B portal setup would be greatly appreciated.
