We are bulk importing work order/work task for the purpose of historical data. These are completed orders that client wishes to load into the system for reference purpose. Is there a way/process to auto set the status of these imported orders to “WORK DONE”?

If you import the records, why not import with the desired status?

What table are the records getting imported into?
Based on your answer you might be able to use a simple business rule to update the field.

I’m facing a same kind of an issue. I want to change header status to ‘Closed’ in Sales Quotation. OBJSTATE field is not available in source mapping. Were you able to fix this?
