HelloI have an EAM project. I need to know if the dispatch console can work with Services.I can see the work tasks in the console, but I can't see the resources.What configuration should I have to achieve this?I can configure the configuration in FSM, but I can't access the resources in EAM.

Hi all, We’re currently using IFS (IFS Cloud 22R1) and have come across an issue regarding customer order charges.When a customer order includes a freight charge without connecting to any order line and the customer has already reached their credit limit, the order gets credit blocked — as expected. However, the system still processes and invoices the charge line separately, even though the order is not delivered.Has anyone experienced this?Is there a way to stop IFS from invoicing order charges separately in such cases, or is this a known system limitation?Appreciate any insights or suggested workarounds! Best regards,Harsha

Hi,There is a connection between IFSAPP and SFTP server. This connection is to send files from IFS to SFTP location. When I am sending files from ifs to sftp location, I am getting an error HOST KEY sftp02.abergeldie.com is rejected. IP address of IFSAPP middleware server is already added to the permitted access addresses for the host. Host keys on this server are not changed. How can I fix this?What can be the reasons for this?

We are trying to book a mixed payment whereby the expense is booked to an account in another company, below.   However when we try to create the voucher, we get this error:  I would appreciate it if someone could advise on what could be causing this and how to resolve. We were able to this transaction before so it is strange. Note that we have just started a new fiscal year.

Hi,I have recently upgraded an Apps10 environment to UPD26 and after the delivery installation EE end user link is not working and having the error below yet EE Admin URL is working. There are no visible errors in the deployment or application windows even Aurena works fine  The URI https://server_name/main/default/clientgateway cannot be found. Can Someone explain the functionality of this tab, Is there any functionality to avoid bulk reservation? 

In the SAF-T file generated report, the GL balance account data is missing in the balance account ID tag. What setup might be missing in IFS, to get it in the report? I have attached the screenshot of the generated report and the example of the report how it should be, for reference. 

Dear expertswe have a purchase order line which does not want to get cancelled due to this error: We were able to cancel the customer order line. The Supply Chain Customer Order Analysis looks like this:Supply Code is Int Purch Dir but we never created an internal customer order because the incoming customer order got stuck so we got rid of it and no we try to clean up the rest.We also tried to resend the PO W167133 towards the internal supplying site but since this was already created for another line from the same CO and already shipped out, IFS wouldn’t let us convert the incoming CO.

Hi Team, we are going to upgrade IFS 9 to IFS cloud . it should be via IFS 10 & then IFS cloud . Anyone have done the same & could you Please share the steps for same with script. RegardsSuraj

Hi,We have a problem in IFS Cloud (recreated in both 24R1 and 24R2) when it comes to automatically creation of normal time by the background job “Generate Timrep Intervals and Hours”  in combination with increments (or overtime or other time reportings) already reported before the day is handled by the background job. It works as expected/requested for employees with time base “Generated results” but not for employees with time base “Generated clockings”. This creates an issue when an employee has for example planned stand-by-time (increment) that is registered for a future day (a day that has not been handled by the background job yet). When the day is handled by the background job, it does not create normal time if there’s already any time reports on that day (if employee has time type “Generated clockings”). In IFS 10, the normal time is being automatically created in the same case (i.e employee has time base “generated clockings” and increment/other time is registered beforehand). 

Hi!We’d like to be able to access data from the Projections REST API with maintained end user authorization from a third-party web application with it’s own backend REST API, preferably with AzureAD as our primary SSO IDP. We have configured an IAM Identity provider in IFS cloud.The problem is that tokens issued by the AzureAD is not accepted by IFS Cloud/Keycloak, and we can’t find a way to do “token-exchange” or get a token for the user “on-behalf-of” via a confidential IAM Client. Those features seems to be disabled in keycloak.(We can authenticate directly towards IFS Cloud/keycloak and get a token for accessing the projections but in our use-case, this would require two logins, one to Azure, and one to IFS Cloud)Is there any way we can use AzureAD as our primary IDP, and use that access token to query projections with maintained end-user permissions?

Need to add an existing page to an MWO custom tile. I followed the process outlined in the MWO Demystified (25R1) document, but I’m unable to view the data.Version :25R1  

When I try to create and Approve a new Read Only Custom Field Attribute on the PurchaseReqLine PURCHASE_REQ_LINE_ALL view I get the error message “The column PART_NO refered to in table t is not approved persistent Custom Attribute” . Argument:v.part_noSelect Statement: select PART_MAIN_GROUP from ifsapp.PART_CATALOG where PART_NO = :PART_NO Can someone help me?   

Is there an OOTB screen that a user can search a customer by a phone number? Our use case: we want to integrate a telephony system to IFS so when a person rings in a IFS screen will appear with a list of customers and then the user can access the customer account or customer 360 screen So far we are unable to find a screen to search by phone number so thinking would need to make a custom screen via a CRIM

Hi Community,Is there a way to identify or track the exact date when a Shipment was set to COMPLETED?We’re aware that this information can be found refering to the Background Jobs Complete Shipment task if the action was performed recently.However, since background job records are retained only for a limited period, we’re looking for an alternative method to retrieve the completion date for shipments completed beyond the background job history timeframe.Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello Community,I’m hoping someone has encountered this and found a solution, as it’s creating a major issue for our field teams.We are running IFS Applications 10 with Single Sign-On (SSO) fully configured for both the core system and the MWO Service Application (latest version).The Problem: Following a recent update to the MWO App and the devices to iOS 18, our engineers are now being prompted to re-login multiple times a day. Previously, sessions were stable and persistent, with SSO working flawlessly.Crucial Context: Our server-side configuration, including the touchapps component and SSO settings, has not been modified. The frustrating re-login behavior only started after the client-side (MWO App and iOS) updates. It appears the new MWO App version or iOS 18 is interfering with the persistent session or token refresh/expiry, forcing a complete re-authentication where none was required before.Has anyone else using IFS 10 with the latest MWO App on iOS 18 and SSO experienced this

Hello everyone,I’m facing an issue when trying to connect an export license to a part on a Customer Order in IFS Cloud.I have created an export license with the following validity dates: Effective From: 06-Oct-2025 Expires: 11-Jul-2026 The license status is Approved, and all basic data is in place: Classification, Scheme, Codes, Authorizations Part basic data with End Usage End Usage setup matches the license configuration However, when I attempt to connect the license to the part, I receive the following error:“Cannot Connect License, Check Effective From Date and Expire Date in Export License.”The dates on the license are valid, so I’m unsure why this error occurs.Has anyone experienced this before or can provide guidance on what else might need to be checked?     Thank you in advance!  

Hi,  in the new company structure Investment and Share Capital accountants are not eliminating at historical rates - it is using the month end rates and the investments is not fully eliminated to nil as a result.
