Hi All, i’m not sure what is exactly going on here so I thought to see if anyone has a suggestion on what is happening. Situation:We have Service Contract ‘8’ I added a couple of Service Lines Each service lines is associated with some Objects through the Scope tab Service Line ‘3’ has 1 object using the ‘Use Line on Structure’ option enabled (see printscreen - I also added a shot of the Eq Obj Navigator so you can see what objects are included in the structure of Object RTI250115-001) NBow I go to my PM Actions. I already created 3 PM actions for 3 objects belonging to that tree structure (Object Id’s ending in -003 / -004 /-006). Now I also want to create a PM action for Object -006 connected to Service Line 2 but this seems impossible. IFS will not allow me to select that combination.When I select Service Line 2, the drop down is limited to Objects ending in -001 / -002 / -005 = the objects that were not previously used. Why is that? Why would that limit my selection? P.S. I did alr

I’ve setup Purchase Order Authorization rules. Rules are Released. The rule is wide open so all of the “Apply Regardless..” are checked. The Min on the rule is set to $500,000I have a Supplier Agreement of type Blanket Purchase Order. I go and Create Supplier Agreement Release, and create a release for a PO value of $750,000. The PO goes directly to a Released status, and it does not trigger the authorization rule. Why?Why would a Blanket Release not trigger the Purchase Order Authorization rule when the value is clearly above the minimum of the PO rule?IFSAPP10, UPD6

Hello,I just learned that the action for "Execute Online SQL" events will be removed in the next versions of IFS Cloud.In relation to this, I have 2 questions: - For all the events already created for our customers in IFS Cloud, how will this happen? We will have to abandon our actions already created? - For our customers in APPS10, we have a lot of EVENTS. How will the migration from APPS10 to Cloud happen?Thank you in advance. 

Hello,We are currently adding business leads into our IFS Cloud environment with an API call via POST method calls to /main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/BusinessLeadHandling.svc/BusinessLeads. Our request body is a standard payload but when we have an existing account with a non existing contact, we get the following error ‘"IssuePayload: Error(s) issuing request: 1: Resource already modified.. 2: ORA-20114: BusinessLead.FND_MODIFIED: The Lead record has already been changed. Please refresh the record and reenter your changes."’ I believe this is due to IFS automatically creating a person and adding the person as a customer contact to the existing account before the transaction completes.Is there a way around this? Any and all input would be greatly appreciated.Best,Bryan

Hi All, How do you normally access IALs in IFS Cloud 24R1 Production environment from outside IFS for Data Warehouse or Data Lake requirements.I assume you use IFSINFO - ReadOnly user to access database directly but I would like to know your experience on this.

Hello Everyone,We are on Apps 10 Upd 15 and getting ready to migrate over to using Aurena.  We may be some updates behind so maybe this as already been resolved. However, in IEE, when you did a Custom Menu there was a “Condition” section where you could specify under what conditions a RMB was enabled.   Is that functionality in Aurena?  When I add a Navigation Link and then click on the Navigation Link there are other options such as Binding and check boxes labeled Visible and Enabled.  None of which seem to allow for any type of conditions when checked. Our use case for this is on the Inventory Transaction History Form where SourceRef1 could be used for Customer Orders, Purchase Orders and Shop Orders.  So we would only have those enabled with the SourceRefType matched to the corresponding RMBs we created. Thanks,Derek Hansen

Hi Team,I have Set MWM_SERVER_TIME_ZONE_ID in Scheduling APP Param as “UTC”When i tried to create Non availability and Tasks towards PSO, its not showing correct time zone in PSO.Iam having Resources in different Time zone PST, MST, EST & CST.example: I have set Non Availablity in FSM for PST resources for 10:00 to 13:00. Person Place time zone is PST. In PSO:  Its Showing as 07:00 Am to 10:00AM, which is 3hrs before the Non availability assigned in FSM. This issue is happening for all the different time zone too.. May i know how FSM is updating the Time zone to PSO & How to solve the above issue. Regards,Rehaan

I am Accounts Payable Supervisor, we are processing a 100 expenses sheets weekly to reimburse our employees. It will take my AP team member around 6 hours one day a week.We are using IFS-Clouds. Is there a way to automate the process? Realy, appreciate any feedback, I have some idea already, however like to hear if anyone automated the process.One of my idea, is to create a internal file to upload to General ledger. I did not test yet, I am in the process to do so. Meanwhile , just looking for other options.  

Hello,I want to create a custom event with a custom action to send by mail information that have been modified on a supplier form :In the body of the message i’ve done this : Supplier &NEW:SUPPLIER_ID &NEW:NAME has been modified by #PERSON_NAME#. But now i don’t know how to list the modification that have been done. RegardsPierrick

Is there a method to disconnect customer order from a DO? I have an orphaned order that is still released but connected to Distribution Order that has been closed. Related PO to this DO has been cancelled so not a way that I know to reopen the DO. 

I have created a new report using Developer Studio for Schedule of Work Estimating. There are no native reports for this area, at least not that I have found. When we generate the report from a button we created on the SOWe screen it passes parameters as expected, including the “Company” name, but the generated report still pulls the default IFS logo. Native reports pull the company logo without issue. I saw that SITE_TEXT appears to be pulling IFS instead of the alternate company, and on standard native reports from other areas SITE_TEXT seems to pull the correct company name. I am not sure if SITE_TEXT not pulling the company is the issue or if I have missed something in my .report file. Hi,Done a Query Designer to retrieve Lot Quantities by Contract/Part. Added corresponding entity in InventoryPartHandling projection, create the Association with Contract/PartNo keys . Page Designer : Set datasource and binding Result : OK in english language After changing the language from English To French : No data is retrieved !!!  If association is removed, data are retrieved, but, of course, not filtered according to Contract/PartNo.Is it an issue, or missing something ?In english : traces found no such traces in french best regards

Customer: ADM PROTEXIN LIMITEDContact person: Neil Sturgess Parent Company has a Data Lake and following on the response to case CS0063075, as suggested we are creating IALs in the IFSINFO schema for each view they are requesting.Whilst this works, they are asking for views of our General Ledger (81m rows) and Inventory Transaction History (4.7M rows) which have lots of static data in them.I was wondering whether IFS has changed its policy to allow its Cloud hosted Customers to use Qlik Replicate to do a one of copy of the database and then keep the two databases up to date by replicating the changes?This would reduce the requirement to copy vast chunks of static data that the current method requires replicating.

However, when I deploy this function, API explorer documentation still shows InvoiceId as required parameter. How do I make a paremeter optional?

It's not allowed to receive shop order linked to a customer order line, when that particular customer order line is connected shipment which is in “Accepted “status. How to fix this error?
