Hi ​@Sangita  - if delta amount is selected, then reductions in value (or other changes such as descriptions and dates not impacting the value) will not trigger authorisation.

Yes that is right Approval is not trigged but when i tried to use the option UPDATE PO in POCO screen system is blocking with the error.

Is there any possible solution to update the negative delta amount of POCO into original PO.

​@Sangita Can you share more information on your Purchase Order Authorization rule(s) set-up?

Is the expectation that since the new price is less than the original authorized price, no rule should be retrieved?
