HiHas anybody had the following error when running a depreciation proposal?ORA-20105: DeprProposal.Error when posting depreciation proposal with ID xxx. Batch processing will stop.We are getting this on posting the FA book, the GR book for the same period has gone through without a problem. The proposal will Create and authorize no problem, its only on posting we see the issue and with such a generic error its difficult to know where to start- the log file is circa 500,000 rows so is a challenge to work.We are running Apps 10 UPD15ThanksChris

Has there been a change in the system? Every document is pulling through will update allowed during approval turned on when this should be off as default – only allowed for certain documents, controlled documents should not be amended once doc controller signed off

I have a customer that wants a finer breakdown of sales charge types.  I noticed there is a HAS/SAC Code on the charge type table.  Could I possibly use this field to accommodate the customer’s needs and not affect anything as this customer does not deal with Indian taxes??? Thanks!

Hi,  I have created a Request on the back of a Request Contract. The SLA I defined on the Contract Line appears on my Task SLA (see bottom of screenshot).  However, in the Header of my Request, I can see that there’s a field called “SLA Commitments”, this doesn’t seem to be populated with my Task Level SLA but (assumption) requires a Scope SLA to be defined? Is there anyway to have this field pre-populate, same as the Task SLA (or better still based on the Task SLA not the Scope SLA Commitment)?   

We are using the Time Clock function for our employees and I have a recurring issue whereby an employee will have booked a half day of annual leave and clock out at the half day point or just after. When the employee clocks out, it is causing the absence to become ‘unlinked’ as the system seems to think the employee didn’t take the time off (they did) and gives them the entitlement back. Has anyone encountered this issue and know how to resolve it?

Can someone tell me what these two search options INFO TEXT AND DEFAULT INFO do for the Quote and Sales Order lines. I do not see a box in either report of Quote or Sales Order line entry. We are looking to use a field that is searchable for special sales part projects to track and line details.Example we have a new sales part that is in NPI (New Part Introduction) we want to track the activity of quoting and selling within the lines details.

Hi everyone,is there database task that we can schedule to delete background jobs in state Error from a specific batch queue only? Use case: We have scheduled tasks to transfer attached documents to our connected DMS. Due to wrong usage of document classes or attaching documents to wrong logical units these scheduled tasks generate a lot of BG job errors.Of couse we know that this is not a solution to the wrong usage issues but the documents need to be changed by our colleagues from the corresponding departments which takes some time (due to their daily business). We just want to clean up those erroneous background jobs which do not need any of our attention. We are on Apps 10. Thanks in advance!

I encountered an issue when opening a report generated from the ORDER REPORT screen in IFS Business Reporter. When I open the saved Excel file, I get the following error message: (We found a problem with some content in [report id]. Do you want us to try to recover as much as we can? If you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes.")After clicking Yes, the report opens, but I'm unsure what caused the error or if the content is affected.Has anyone experienced this before or know what might be causing it? 

Hi Everyone,Our customer is currently in APPS 9, and when the customer updates/changes the Delivery ID on a Manual Supplier Invoice that is already in PrelPosted status:-The new Delivery ID is correctly updated on the invoice screen.-However, in the GL Voucher Rows Analysis screen, the old Delivery ID remains visible.Do we need to cancel the invoice and create a new invoice or is there any workaround for this?Regards,Kartik

Hey all, Is there a way to debug the IFS Report Designer application to see why a PDF isn’t getting generated? I understand it’s probably a broken formula somewhere in the layout but I have at least a dozen reports that were changed by consultants (the original IFS layouts too.. ugh) and they are just.. broken. Hello everyone I would just like to know if Planned Revenue in Project navigator would automatically change when a new currency rate is added?  For example, say a project is created from an order today and the prevailing currency rate is xxx. Then 5 days later the new prevailing currency rate is yyy. Will the planned revenue in project navigator automatically change?

Hello there!I created a report using the SQL Statement type, and now I'd like to build the same report using the query builder tool.I attempted to do so using the builder tool, but was unsuccessful.Could you confirm whether there is a way to convert the SQL file that is generated through the export function to the query builder type? That would allow me to import it into the system.Why do I would like to do that? How can we prevent users from deleting and modifying quick reports?

On Could 24.2.6I am working on creating a permission set that will be used for users on the production floor. They need to be able to start and stop operations and approve operation quantities complete. They should not be able to receive into inventory. Approving operations uses the projection ReceiveShopOrderHandling. Receiving into inventory uses the same projection. I cannot determine what projection or entity actions need to be revoked or enabled to allow operation approval but not receive.Thanks
