I have setup a Direct Delivery Freight Price List as per below but cannot get it to pull through on the Sales Quotation or Customer Order what am I missing?  

Hi Community,Please kindly advise on how to resolve this error message on the screenshot below.  

We have a scenario where we require PR Lines generated from a Customer Order Line with Supply Code Purch Order Trans to have Delivery Dates that take into account Suppliers Lead Time. Currently an information message appears if CO is manually entered, however orders are being received via a portal and generated in IFS (so message not being witnessed by the Users). On release of the CO, where the Supplier’s lead-time is 10 days, the PR Delivery Date matches the CO Delivery Date and the PR Latest Order Date is set approximately 10 days in the past. The Delivery Date is obviously not achievable and I am trying to work out if I am missing something in the set up. The Purch Order Trans Supply Code suits the customer as the item is not stocked and is purchased specifically for each customer order. Issue: Default revenue activity in the sales contract is not recognized, when copying the sales contract. Must enter it manually.Environment: IFS cloud 23R2Test stepsNavigate to sales contracts window.  Query for sales contract number CS0220259. And it will load relevant sales contracts under that. Select the second contract. Click on three dots and select “copy contract”     Give contract division as 1 and enable new contract button and give planned start date.  Then new sales contract will be created. (C100000066). Go to project sub tab and enter details.   Give a project and revenue activity and save it. System will identify it as the default revenue activity.   You can see default button is enabled. Click on “revision and items” tab on the header.                                        Select on first line and click on the drop-down icon.               Then try to edit the report code via the edit icon.  You can see default project and revenue activity filed isn't updated within t

We had ownership in a subsidiary change mid-year from 50% to 100% and changed the consolidation method from Equity Minority to Equity Majority accordingly.  This is resulting in a financials out of balance on the parent node in consolidations. The income statement side (GCP2 & GCP8) of the Profit Elimination consolidation transaction type remain but the balance sheet side (GCP1 & GCP7) cease with the change in consolidation method.   The result is in effect a one-sided entry. How to resolve this so this consolidation node is back in balance? 

We recently installed Sentinel One on our IFS 2024 R1 test environment servers and immediately noticed a significant decrease in the application’s performance. Are there any exclusions or recommended settings available to minimize the performance issues? Thanks,Rich

Hello, I am trying to customize the Navigator.I have a some new pages in module SRVCON which are located under a core navigator entry. But I want to have it under a new navigator parent entry all together so I tried this:Customizing the core Navigator.client file:So I have defined ma parent in here and then in my own Client-file I want to use that parent,but all I get is this error:Seems like the compiler does not generate or not recognize the new navigator entry that I made.I checked documentation, but could not figure out that I miss something.

Why is MSO not scheduling the operation even though I have available capacity?As you can see in Picture 2, there is available capacity, but no operation has been planned. The operation status is unscheduled (Picture 1).Initially, scheduling worked as expected, and the operations were assigned. However, for testing purposes, I reduced the lot size from 500 to 300 pcs, which also led to a corresponding reduction in lead time.For some reason, the operations were removed from the resource, and the status of the operation changed back to unscheduled, as shown in the picture.I do not see a connection here.Add: We do use MSO module and is connected to PSO.    

Dear experts,With IFS Cloud 22R2, when using the create document assistant, the view copy (PDF file) is not imported in addition to the original document.On the contrary, if I check-in a document from the document revision window, the both files (PDF & original) are imported.Is it normal that it is not working with the create document assistant ? I remember that in V8, it was working.Thanks for your help

Hi all, We are currently experiencing som weird behaviour in the PSO, that we can’t explain.It seems like the PSO is rescheduling committed tasks 1 week ahead in some cases.  (A theoretical) example:Work Task no. 2 out of a total of 2 allowed (commit rule) is committed to a given technician and is "placed" in the schedule at 11:45.The technician is currently working on Work Task no. 1 out of a total of 2 this day.The technician exceeds the planned start time for Work Task no. 2 as he is delayed in ending this Work Task no. 1  (based on the schedule that PSO had expected).PSO then moves Work Task no. 2 far ahead in time (in some cases?). In this case, almost a whole week forward.I believe that instead of Work Task no. 2 being moved so far ahead, it should simply shift the schedule gradually to the right:1 hour delayed compared to the "planned" start time → Now it is simply committed to 12:45 instead of 11:45. And so on. Basically just moves the entire schedule so it fits.If it gets to a

Hi everyone, I experience that when a Work Type is changed on a Service Contract, this change is not reflected on the PM Action - so the next time a Work Order is tried generated from the PM Action, it fails as the Work Type on the Service Contract and the PM Action is not identical. Is this some kind of bug? If it is tried the other way around, where the Work Task is tried changed on the PM Action you get an error.   Not reflected on the PM Action - still the original Work Type: Error on the generating of a new Work Order Not possible to change the Work Type on a PM Action as it diverts from the Work Type on the Service Contract I hope someone can explain why this is the case.

Hi all,I created a customer order as SEO from work order.Then i created a resource into work order task, then allocated and reported them. So i see the automatilcally added lines as sales object at “Sales” tab, but i can’t transfer these lines with state “Invoiceable” to customer order when i created at the start on work order level.What i am missing, let me know please. Does it not support to transfer sales object to customer order simply like older versions?Note: Version 24.1 and cost type: “Personnel”Thanks.  

Hi,My client is using PING ID for authorisation. So, he wants to provide bearer token (generated from PINGID )  to IFS in case of integrations as well. But OfCourse it is failing as Invalid token, as currently this token doesn’t have IAM details. I am trying to figure out is there any way how IFS can authorize it ?What details (header/payload attributes) can we provide to client to receive a token from PINGID that IFS can accept? Will it resolve if PINGID sends token containing IAM details or anything that IFS can validate.Is there any documentation on how IFS Framework handles Bearer token in IFS.

Hi,when using a standard dimension/fact item as a report parameter, relevant context substitution variables will be visible to choose as the default value.However, when a QIS is created based on an IAL, this is not possible. Here, the DIM_COMPANY dimensions was connected to the QIS from custom dimension connections oage.  Is this a framework limitation? Hi,Has anyone found a way to convert saved searches in IEE client to Aurena Client/IFS Cloud?We are currently working on upgrading IFS 10 UPD 22 version to IFS Cloud.Users are heavily relying on saved searches to manage their daily tasks. At present, there are over 5,000 saved searches across both Base and personal profiles. After the Go-Live, users will undoubtedly be disappointed to find that their saved searches are missing in IFS Cloud.It is surprising that IFS has entirely overlooked upgrading saved searches into IFS Cloud.This topic has been discussed about two years ago, IFS IEE to Aurena Saved Searches | IFS CommunityI'm re-posting this topic to see if anyone has found a workaround for this issue over the past couple of years. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could shed some light on this matter. Thanks,Thilochana 

Hi all, We are looking to optimize the way we perform our Inventory count of the Finished goods product in our warehouses.  Currently, we hold shipping for about 3 days to complete performing the inventory and then resume shipping on the 4th day.  Just wondering what some of the different ways in which you are counting your Finished goods inventory.  Do you utilize a 3rd party team?  Do you count/freeze warehouse-by-warehouse?   Any other ways to shorten the time for performing the inventory count? Thanks in advance!D

Here is a scenario: I want to move a Part from one location to a drop-off by one user;  then I want another user to move that part at the drop-off to different location. Currently, I must create a Transport Task moving it from location to drop, then when until that is finished; then create another Transport Task moving it from drop to location. There has to be a way where I can create just ONE Transport Task programing that second move by another user, no?  Does anyone do this, or have a way around this? Thanks,Tony
