unfortunately, it isn’t possible.  But why don't you create a separate counter lobby just for the amount or sum?

I am not sure what version this is available in but you should be able to achieve this by first adding a sum column similar to the count column below to the datasource of the lobby. 

Then add the name of the column from the datasource to the title surrounded by dollar sign symbols like the example below.
