Dear IFS Community,We added custom fields on Sales Quotation Lines with the Page Designer but these fields are not displayed on the default table view.Custom Fields not selected for display on the default table view Field configuration:Custom field attributes 1 (KO) Custom field attributes 2 (KO)Do you have that kind of problem?This is working with another field so I think there is an issue with the standard of IFS.Custom field selected for display on the default table viewCustom field attributes 1 OKCustom field attributes 2 OKI created a case for IFS support but I think they don’t understand the problem, it’s not an issue with different context because we have only one context on our Production environment. Thanks,Denis

Hi Community, One of customer receive below error when saving a small change in the page designer in customer order. The error doesn’t appear in other pages like Shop order. Customer is in  IFS Cloud 22 R1  {"error":{"code":"ODATA_PROVIDER_ERROR","message":"An internal server error occurred. Contact administrator.","details":[{"code":"HTTP_METHOD_NOT_ALLOWED","message":"HTTP method 'GET' not allowed for this resource."}]}}In the debug information it shows the above error. Please let me know if any one came across this error

Hi!, im having a really weird problem with filtering a Lov in aurena, i have this configuration but when i select certain fields for the Ar_Action that should populate the Cf_Ar_Action_Id, the resulting lov is empty   As you can see the lookup field is empty and the Cf_Ar_Action_Id column is hidden, however, if i make the Cf_Ar_Action_Id column visible, the lookup field will work as intended  That is the only thing i need to change in order to make it work for those options that are not showing values on the lov.This is the configuration of the Cf_Ar_Action_Id field in IEE It really doesnt  make sense that solution because some Ar_Actions work with the field hidden and some others dont, im pretty sure im missing something so if you have any idea or could point me in the right direction i would appreciate it.Thanks in advance 

Hi everyone CONTEXTim currently completing a workflow when creating a new customer order where customer and the  date_entered are the same, this will show a notification that order(s) already exist with the same  date_entered! (read: this is said to give some context) When starting with a service task with READ operation, i want to define the filter with two keys by  looking up the value in Camunda language(7.1) THE ISSUEthe query builder doesnt give us the right to change the datatype date to a string. Hi all, After the weekend of 30th of March, we switched to summertime in France. After that, we have alerts coming from system-defined monitoring in App Monitoring about background jobs “stuck” (request for this alert is : SELECT COUNT(*) FROM batch_job_count WHERE action LIKE '%Transaction_SYS.%' AND next_date < (sysdate - 15/86400) AND enabled = 'TRUE' AND status != 'RUNNING'). After a check, it seems the times are not set the same way in “Database Processes” (guess : UTC) and Background jobs schedules (guess : UTC+1). Do you experienced same issue ? Is there any fix about that or shall we modify the request to have a correct alert ?

I am trying to set up a new event action upon existing event PARTS_SUBMITTED_TO_MRB where event action type is Task.When a part is added to MRB, I get the following error:Attribute “COMPLETE_EVENT” does not exist in message “!FNDSER.EVENT_ACTION_PARAM $RECEIVER=...”What am I missing? I am the receiver for the event action as well as the user creating the MRB. Does that not work?

Dear All,we have created, below event action for purchase requestioners.Problem 1: Approval emails are being sent on a line-by-line basis, leading to unnecessary email traffic for the approver.Problem 2: Emails are not being sent to the next approver based on the approval hierarchy. That is, after the first approver gives approval, the email should be sent to the second approver. What is your advice regarding these issues?  

Print agent remote nodes don’t get the print jobs when using Report Rule to print the ‘Pick List for Customer Orders’ report.  The correct layout is selected, and PDF is created, but the print job is stuck in the Print Queue with a status of ‘Remote waiting’. Report RulePrint JobEverything works fine when report routing is set using the Printer Definition Page,  Report User Printer tab.   I’d use this setup and forget about the Report Rule but the users want 2 sequential copies of the report.  For this report, I can’t see any other way but to set the copy number in the Report Rule Actions, property list.  App Version: IFS 8.1

Hello everyone,Does anyone know how to write the URL to properly apply the filter “Cost Invoice” for invoices in the posting proposals window? When I press my lobby element I want to list only invoices with this specific status message. This is the filter I want applied to the lobby element. Current setup:The lobby data source is very basic and only lists invoices in with the above status and their invoice no. The lobby data element url counts the different invoices and lists them as a counter - also very basic.  Currently the Web Access URL looks like this:‘page/PostingProposals/List?searchcontext=MessageId:$MESSAGE_ID$’but it dosen’t filter out the cost invoices, it shows everything in the posting proposals window - its like the filter parameter is not properly triggered. Initially we tried with the “filter” parameter instead of the “searchcontext” one but we had no luck with that one either and now we’ve run out of ideas.Can any of you smart guys help with this? 

Hi, We have special characters in a file (attached in .zip).Dev. Studio cannot deploy it, saying:  First error location is highlighted.On the other hand PL/SQL Developer has no problem with it when deploying.Also standard deployment/delivery procedure gives us no error for this.The file is already in UTF-8, according to for instance, Notepad++.Dev Studio version is in the picture.What should we do to be able to deploy it from Dev., Studio? 

When scheduling an IFS Operational report like the MC Customer Ledger Detailed Age Analysis which has a date parameter that’s typically set to today’s date (Date of Analysis), is it possible to increment the date with each run in Aurena 22R Cloud environments?  In IEE, the use of #TODAY#  in the parameter is allowed.  This allows the parameter to increment with each scheduled run.  In Aurena 22R Cloud, when choosing “Today” on the calendar, the current date is populated and continues to be the date that the scheduled report uses when it runs.  Is there a workaround for this when scheduling Out-of-the-Box IFS Operational reports?

Hi,We are currently building a high-availability (HA) configuration environment using the Remote-deployment method in the customer project. Could you please provide the following information regarding certificates:1. Which components require certificate application, the load balancer, and/or servers?- Is application to the load balancer unnecessary?2. Regarding the number of certificates needed:- Do we need one certificate per load balancer and per server (3 servers total)? (So, four in total?)Or would it be using a common certificate for both the load balancer and servers?(Since the systemURL in ifscloud-values.yaml points to the LB's FQDN, would one suffice?)3. If there are any configuration diagrams for using a load balancer available in the IFS documentation, we would appreciate it if you could share them.Thank you and best regards!

I have troubles finding even base material on how to prepare the security needed to have a 3rd party application using a REST API. First step I want to use is Postman. With that authorization settings are needed. Which should I use? A user with user type: Service User? Where to use OAuth in IFS?All ideas welcome.
