Can I use IFS Connect to Fetch a File from an external SFTP Server and put it in an Internal SFTP Server

New to IFS Connect.

Does anyone have any details of what needs to be done?

I have tried creating a Reader pointing at the external SFTP Server and a Routing Rule. This is enabled but I am not seeing anything on Application Messages for this? What other steps are required?
