You are not allowed to have a Activity Seq without a Project.

Hi all,

I have an issue about approving a project which is initialized status. When I would like to approve the project, I get an error message which is below;
"You are not allowed to have a Activity Seq without a Project."
What could be reason the error message?
Which points should be check to approve the project?
