IFS health and Safety platform

Is it possible to schedule a safety inspection in IFS apps10 and then have it auto-schedule. ie create an inspection for 1st January and have it repeat 1st of each month. Or is it still manual and needs a new inspection to be created for each month?

Customer Order status updated to 'Invoice/Closed' when Shipment is Delivered

A very vague question I know but I thought I would ask anyway :)We have a repeatable instances where some Customer Order are updated to 'Invoice/Closed' when a Shipment is ‘Delivered’ and some Customer Orders (same customer / Order Type / Shipment Type) once shipped, the Customer Order state goes into a ‘Delivered’ state??I can see this process is using the Quick Order Flow (API) process and I have spend a good couple of hours looking around the API stack and still none the wiser. Can anybody help / seen this before?Thanks in advance..James

Receive warning Client has requested to run in invalid locale every time we try and print a quick report

We recently performed a reconfigure on our middleware server to apply a new security certificate.Since then, our clients display a warning message when printing a quick report. It says “Client has requested to run in invalid local ‘en-US’. English, ‘en-US’ will be used instead. Correct your Locale Setting.You can click OK on this message and the quick report comes up and it can be printed. We do not use IFS Print agents. It also doesn’t come up for everyone, sometimes if you restart IFS it goes away.Has anyone else got this warning before?

Operational Report Parameter Causing No PDF Returned from Crystal Web Service

Hello all. I am developing an operational crystal report that passes two parameters, a result key and a shop order no. When attempting to test within my IFS instance, I receive the error “No PDF Returned from Crystal Web Service”.After testing permission sets and removing fields from the report I was able to identify the 2nd parameter, ShopOrderNo, as the culprit. Removing this from the report enables it to run without issue within IFS.My question is, are there limitations to passing multiple parameters to an operational report, when including a result key? Permissions aside, would there be any other reasons that an additional parameter would cause the “No PDF Report Returned” error?I understand this might be an overly broad question, but I appreciate any efforts to help me understand the issue.

Error when enabled page designer.

Hi Team, We got the below error when loading the Purchase Requisition Lines page.Reducer action failed (METADATA_SET_DATA) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'content')However, when we unpublished the page configurations done for ‘PurchaseRequisitionLinesHandling' projection, we could load the Purchase Requisition Lines page without any errors.But if enable the page designer on unpublished page error appears again. Cannot open the page designer for ‘PurchaseRequisitionLinesHandling’ from page configuration page as well. Same error appears there as well. Can someone help me to get this solved ? Gather Statistics Job in IFS Cloud

Hi,Does anyone know where can I find the “Gather Statistics” Job in IFS Cloud. According to f1 docs it should be in scheduled tasks, but cannot locate it. In oracle objects page, you can select a database object and click gather statistics on that specific object. However, in Apps10, we could gather statistics of the entire schema.

SSL is not enabled for the admin port of HttpServer2

Hi,Recently, we are configuring Horizontal cluster for ifs app.MainServer 2 and IntServer 2 setup successfully using details of ifs document. MWS http server is not running after IFS10 UPD21 on Windows Server 2019

In the course of Update 21, we switched our MWS to Windows Server 2019 in our DEV environmentSince the installation of Update 21, the HTTP server is no longer running. The message: "SSL not enabled" We have no MWS problems on Oracle Linux and all services are running. As we have far fewer problems with Linux, we are considering moving to Linux.But what is holding us back is the autobuilder. As far as we know, F1-Mage requires Windows - we have already toyed with the idea of using WINE but have no experience of automating this.Have you found a way to run the autobuilder on Linux and automatically run F1-Mage to sign the runtime directory?Anyone else experienced this issue with Windows MWS?

XLS mapping into one field

Hi all, For the PAIN002 (Payment Status File) from the Bank, we have a transformer to map the original XML file into the requirements for the File Template.However, we see one challenge - the transformer (partly copied below) is representing in 1 C5 tag per appearance. In the loaded External File; we then only see the last record. IFS - CRM Integration - Objversion - 2 Way Data Sync

Hi, We are using IFS Apps 9. I think this is also relevant to Apps 10 and beyond. We are beginning a project to integrate IFS with an external CRM, Hubspot in this instance, although it could be any CRM or external system. If we were to maintain the Customer Info, Customer Info Address, Customer Info Contact, Person Info and Comm Methods in both systems, should be be looking at maintaining a 2 way data sync or just adopt a master/slave scenario. If an object is going to be updated in the external system, then should that system refresh the object (Customer Info Address for example) from IFS to make sure it has the most recent version with the most recent Objversion. Then when the record is saved to the external system it is also saved to IFS.Or should should updates to the Customer Info Address in IFS be prohibited and only the CRM can be used for updating the Customer Info Address. How to display the response message from REST API in Aurena Client as ALERT or WARNING?

Hello All,I have a command in Aurena and it is responsible to send value to third party system and receive the response whether third part transaction is success or fail(including reason why it failed in third party system) which will be captured by call back function. I’m able to capture the response from REST API in call back function to do certain transaction if response value is success.But my requirement is, once I click the command, system should wait for the response and display it as an alert or information message to user in AURENA client i.e, whether the action is success or fail(with reason why it failed in third party system).Is it possible to achieve this? javascript error with substring in workflow/BPM

Extending Additional Views - how to use .views file

I want to alter a Purchase Part selection screen, as used when selecting items for a purchase order. Currently only the ID of the Purchase Group is shown and I want to also display the name (and allow the user to filter on it when selecting a part).I can add an attribute as follows which looks up the description.On its own, this works and I can see in the database that the PURCHASE_PART view now has an additional field that shows the name of the purchase group.From what I could tell, in order to include the new field on the screen I needed to alter the following: However I now get an error when trying to go onto that screen and it is because that screen appears to be looking at the PURCHASE_PART_LOV3 view. My new attribute is not included in that view.It looks like the PurchasePart.views file contains the various additional views. Currently my PurchasePart-Cust.views file is blank. Is there any way I can get it to just add a single field to additional views? I don’t really want to copy

Hi all, I’ve noticed that when provisioning a user through SCIM an employee object is created. Automatic Case creation via Email
