Since moving to IFS cloud, I can no longer delete print jobs in status ‘Error’ or in status ‘Remote working’.The error message given is:“The Print Job “1489559” is used by 1 rows in another object (PDF Archive).”We have had quite a lot of issues with printouts and print agent, which have resulted in a lot of jobs gettings stuck in status ‘Error’.In v10 we had a function called ‘Report Document Archive’, where i think the actual PDF was stored? This is no longer available in cloud, I can’t go there to remove the PDF. And I can’t delete the printout in ‘Report Archive’. Most of the printouts have already been removed from ‘Report Archive, automatically, because the ‘Expire Date’ is only one day (work instructions, labels et cetera).Am I missing something in the setup?

Hi all, aim :Send the results of quick report created as a Application Server Task by email with the defined Locale/language on the task.Issue: We have created the Application Server Task and given the Locale as German, once the task is added to a Scheduled database task (which the task Language is also set to German) the records on the resulting excel document is still in English.The same SQL statement was setup as a normal Quick Report and export as Excel, then we can get the records in German. Do you have any idea how we can get the results in defined language from the Application Server Task.Appreciate your valuable input to resolve this issue.Thank you!

Hi all,I’m having an issue with lov list filter for the “Find” page for the New Request (24R1)With the page designer it is working fine dinamically; this is, when the first level is chosen, then the second level it is filtered based on the ParentId (1st level, CustActivityType Id) and so on. But, when I’m applying the same logic for the “Find” page it is not working as expected (New Request)Clickin on the “Find” it will open the “Find page”It should be shown a list of values (base on the parentId, CustActivityTypeId)If I’m hardcoding the value it works, but of course this is not the solution. Thanks

I am trying to create a Permission Set Filter to remove ALL Technical Attributes being sent to the MWO Service Eng App. I have created a 1=2 for the TechnicalSpecification but I have completed an Initialization and all the Attributes are still showing. How do I get rid of them from the MWO?

This refers to IFS Cloud (we are on 23R2U3): When creating an ExecuteQuickReport command via Page Designer, you can do parameter mapping upon creation.  Is there any way to see these mappings after the command has been published?

Hello,I'm using SAP Crystal Reports 2013 to create reports for IFS, similar to what my predecessor did successfully. I'm trying to establish a connection without specifying the port name, but the report only allows me to set the datasource location when I include the full server name along with the port. Otherwise, I receive an error.I've checked my tnsnames.ora file in the oracle_home folder, and the service name appears to be correct with no typos.However, when I use the full server name with the port in the report, the quick report in IFS fails to open and shows the error message “Failed to retrieve the report.”Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Hi,I’m creating this case on behalf of customer who are currently in App9 and planning to go-live with IFSCloud. Customer done SCIM configuration based on the technical document shared and they stuck in Attribute mapping and issue noted below. Hi All, We  created a lobby image element , value to these images is passed through a URL.But in lobby I’m getting a black cross mark on the middle of  image as shown in attachment. when  put cursor on that image it shows ‘Can’t access image location’. when i open it separate window i can see it without black cross. I want to add a Supplier Logo in the Lobby, which should dynamically change depending on the supplier ID. Is this possible? Any ideas?I have tried using Image/Text Elements and Web Content Elements, but I was not successful. Does anyone know how to achieve this?I think it is the same problem as displaying the Logo of a Customer or a Person’s Picture. Therefore, if anyone knows how to do it, that would be great.

I have encountered an issue while working with a customer .  The Oracle version is 19C (19.15.0.0.0) on Linux.The Oracle version is 19C (19.15.0.0.0) on Linux, and I have deployed a delivery with IFS Cloud  22.1.6 on top of 22.1.5.There was an issue during the deployment of the database objects due to the Oracle parameter job_queue_processes being set to 0 in the container database, while the value was set to 16 in the pluggable database. This caused the deployment to stall, and I had to terminate the database session.The job_queue_processes value was set to 16 in the container and pluggable databases and the deployment resumed.After completion of the Middle tier deployment, I started Aurena and logged in as IFSADMIN to reset the password for the application owner.These are the error messages showing in the Aurena client. The boxes with the error messages disappeared and the following message is shown:The error message details is shown when pressing the Report button: Url (parameters i

Today with Apps 9, we have multiple DEV environments hosted on a single application server and on a single database server. We keep them separated with different database service names and different port numbers. (Production has its own set of servers, as does our final UAT environment.) When we move to a Remote deployment of IFS Cloud, is this still going to be feasible? Will we be able to host multiple nonproduction instances on a single server? ...and would we still want to?
