Selecting default value of LOV based on other field

Hi, i have implemented a lov field in Project definition page wich contain the addresses of all customers and i’ve managed to successfully filter based on the customer that is currently selected but part of my requirement is to also populate that field with the address for that customer that was selected in bussiness opportunity, i have also created a field that references that address and im getting the address id succesfully but how do i use that ID to set the default value for the field?Currently the project created has the field ad the end of this group emptyand we want it to be this way, with the address that is comming from bussiness oportunity

Multiple REST API call

We are currently calling IFS REST API CustomerOrderHandling.svc/CustomerOrderSet from our external tool to create customer order.The Customer Order Set POST method allow to creat one single order, is there a way to pass multiple order information in the same call? like an array of orders to create.

Deleting the records from the measurement history

Is it possible to delete the measured value from the measurement history at the test point of the object? I can only mark the value as wrong.The integration API contains "Delete entity from EquipmentObjectMeasSet", but it returns an error:There are many measured values at the test point in the measurement history, and since the older values are no longer needed, I would need to delete them.The second reason is that I write the values via RestAPI, and if the test point has an extensive measurement history, the time to write a new value is disproportionately extended.deleting the record from the measurement history.So, is there any possibility of removing the measured values from the measurement history on the object, or will those records remain in IFSCloud forever?

IFS is not passing aditional headers

Hi, I’m trying to pass an aditional header key to a http call from IFS9. If I use the below Routing Address, my additional header parameter will show in options in the response, but if I look at what headers IFS is actually sending it is not there. I send the request to an http endpoint that i control and read the headers from there. Here are the headers: {"Accept":"text/html, image/gif, image/jpeg, */*; q=.2","Connection":"close","Content-Length":"43","Content-Type":"text/xml; charset=UTF-8","Host":"***.pythonanywhere.com","User-Agent":"Java1.8.0_60","X-Forwarded-For":"***.***.***.***","X-Real-Ip":"***.***.***.***"} I need to send an aditional key. Can anyone help explain how to do that?

Possibility to change Map positions as read only

We have granted the activity “VirtMapPositionManagement” to a permission set but with this action user can see the map position as well as insert and update the position. Modify Scheduled Database Task Created by another user

Do you have to have ‘administrator’ system privilege to be able to modify ‘Scheduled Database Tasks’ set up by another user?Re help notes: View Schedule: navigates to the relevant task schedule. Once the task schedule is opened the schedule can be edited if necessary. but editing of the schedule is allowed only for the creator of the schedule or an administrator. User receiving the error ‘You are not allowed to change this schedule XXXX, since it was not scheduled by you’.

Custom Procedure call in a Custom Menu IFS Cloud

We have a custom menu that we use that calls a custom procedure that we wrote in house. Today, in IEE, this menu is setup with a PL/SQL Block that calls our custom package. Does anyone have an idea of how we could do this in cloud?We have a background job that runs today along with this menu item. Could I set it up to call the db task instead? We normally just have the users RMB and then click this menu item and it starts the background job without taking them off of this screen.

Aurena Advanced search - Sort table

Hi All,I’m trying to find a way to get a table sorted (decr) at the opening of a specific screen (Shop orders).I’ve been through a lot of topic, but cannot find my answer nor a list of syntax possibilities. The issue I face is not about setting a behavior at the page startup, which can be done easily, but rather how to sort a table based on a specific field (Start Date) with advanced search. Can you delete a Release from Release Studio?

We are on 23.1.8 and have started the release update process to move to 23.2.5.When we reach the Order Delivery step, the job runs for approx. 5 hours and then fails.The error log shows 2 issues, one with core IFS code - we’ve been advised that will be fixed in 23.2.6 and one relating to an area we have developed, which will need to be redeveloped once we have updated to 23.2.X.Rather than waiting until 16th May for 23.2.6 we would like to ‘delete’ the release process we have started in Release Studio and try again with an earlier 23.2 release (23.2.4 for example).Is this possible? If so, how do we do it?

Adding Index to Manual Supplier Invoice

Hi, I’ve had a look and a stab but looking for some assistance...I have a new process going in, which requires searching on the ‘Receipt Reference’ field of the Manual Supplier Invoice when matching the invoice.The PO number is not, and can not be, brought though when created via EDI.Can anyone advise how in Apps10 you can Index a field so it will search faster. The process works perfectly, but with the delay to search it will kill it from an End-User perspective.Thanks as always, Matt

Middleware deployments will not start

Hi everyone,I have a IT1 apps10 testing instance that until recently was working fine, now all of a sudden certain deployments have stopped working - namely ifsapp-main (in MainServer), ifsapp-int and ifsservices in IntServer. When I try and restart them I get the error “ Error occurred while performing startApplication : Failed to start the application with status failed”Can anyone point me in the right direction to sort this out?

SSRS Quick Reports in IFS Cloud

Hello, Regarding SSRS Quick Reports in IFS Cloud,When we run a SSRS report from the quick reports for the first time it asks to enter the SSRS username and password, but it would be all good for the rest of the session.But ones we log off and login it is still asks to enter the username and password. Is this the intended behavior or is there a setting which we can use to avoid this?

Command with Navigation Link

At the moment whilst creating a custom command using Navigation Link there are no options to navigate to this page via a new tab, the new tab functionality works for the external navigation option.Is it possible to add this functionality in via a check box within the Page Designer?
