I am trying to email the customer invoice to the customer using PDF_REPORT_CREATED In (IFS 7.5) event action. The customer was using Esker to send the customer invoice to the customer. We are trying to replace it with the standard IFS event but I am facing issues as below:
 

1. The event would not trigger for Crystal layouts. In the print manager the job get posted in 'WAITING’ status.
2. When printing the report it hits the Report Archive but for crystal report the show pdf does not get enabled and it would not get recorded in the PDF Report archive how can I save the crystal report PDF without manually saving to email the report to the customer.
3. Tried sending a PDF file that is stored in the PDF_ARCHIVE_TAB by writing it to the oracle directory and attaching it but it didn't work. When a value is assigned to the attach_ variable the mail would not get sent. 

Will anyone will be able advice how I can sort it?
