Sync Error in IFS ScanIt

Dear Community,

We are facing an issue with IFS ScanIt in our 25R1 environment. The login to the ScanIt app works without any problem. However, when we start the synchronization, we encounter the following error:
 

We have already checked the permission levels, and the entity is granted.

USER: IFSAPP
could advise on possible reasons/solutions?

I do not know why but IFSAPP is affected by this. Trye to use standard enduser account.

And it should be WAREHOUSE_WORKER_LTU permission set.

I have followed the steps mentioned in this post, but unfortunately, I had no success.

For me it works perfectly on 24R2 and 25R1 with WAREHOUSE_WORKER_LTU permission set but not on IFSAPP account.
