How to capture values of selected records in assistant

In a Aurena Page, I’m invoking an Assistant which contains List. Now I wrote a command In List with Selected records mode to capture the data of selected records and send an email with selected record values.Now, I want to enable this command all the time(even if records are not selected). So that I can still send an email without the selected records values.If i keep the command below the List(not inside list) in Assistant. I’m not able to capture the selected record values.Does anybody have an idea to handle this?

Auditing of Permission Set Changes

I am keen understand what the practices others are following with regard to version/change control of permission sets in IFS. We have tried Exporting Permission sets via XML to a version control system SVN/Git Repository with mixed success. If carried out diligently, is that it provides a full audit and commentary and it is possible to restore the old permission set (it does need to be imported as a new name)However, it is easily forgotten or skipped in a rush, and we were finding that a large number of Permission sets were updated with either Quick Report or IAL deployment. Exporting each permission set in this scenario was not workable..We are keen to audit/track permissions changes that grant/revoke the Functional Areas that we have defined within Segregation of Duties analysis. We are now looking to capture changes to this with a daily report (using two IALs that snapshot the access on alternative days). This will allow us to interrogate and possibly ensure compliance with the exte

Where do I find 22R2 release plan and scope in terms of UX?

I’m especially interested about plans/roadmap for UX, interface, front end navigation improvements. Aim is to reduce heavy and extensive “clickings”.Plans to:introduce shortcuts introduce conditional formating introduce simple calculation for columns (SUM, AVGE etc)  introduce right mouse (or long hold in mobile) menu with “open in a new window” with many other usefull shortcuts to other/process connected views

Invalid ROWID Failed executing query

Hi!one user struggles with this message when just querying or fetching for any result in window Payment Schedule for purcahse Order.I have tried to put the same permission set on me, but im not getting this error.Anyone know what can be the reason and how to solve it?

Setting the correct user in docman when uploading a file via integration

We are on Apps10 UPD14 using Boomi / IFS Connector for integration.We have a scenario where we are using Boomi integration to upload a file into document management from an external app.  I know who the user on the app is, and I know that users IFS user ID.My challenge is - IFS is recognizing my integration ID as the user uploading the file, and I need to set the docman access based on the application user.Example - IntegrationID is the ID Boomi is using and Joe.Smith is the user in the app.  When Joe.Smith uploads a file from the app to IFS, I need the final result in doc man to look like Joe.Smith did the upload (as if they were in IFS when they did it) and not IntegrationID.  Currently, it’s IntegrationID.

Demand Planning Default Moving average period set-up

Hello Community, I need help to understand the default setup for Moving average period set-up in Demand Plan server. I have default set to 6 periods, but in demand plan client if I check under each parts Moving average period is 1 and due to that system forecast shows 0 all over the board. Can someone put some light on this if I am missing anything during server set-up?

Read only access to an entire SITE

Hello, IFS community.Our company has four sites; each of the sites shares the same EU_ROLES permissions.I wonder if there is a way to set up one of the sites to be read-only access to IFS or read-only to  Inventory Transactions, Customer Order, WO without me recreating all the permission set manually?I will appreciate your advice.Thanks,JL

 How do I send an email the results of a quick report run in IFS Cloud?In IFS10, it was realized by the function of the application server task.With IFS Cloud, the application server task has been deprecated and the same is no longer possible. Order report excel plug in error

Quick Report - Crystal Report Via URL Custom Menu Action, Parameter Question

Hello! We’re trying to call Crystal Web Services via the URL Custom Menu Action in IFS 8. Currently I can render the report using the following URL syntax: “http://CWS_SERVER_NAME/qrn/cr1.aspx?rpt=report_name.rpt” The custom menu operates as expected, but we would like to grab a field value off of the IFS form and pass it along to Crystal Web Services, much like we would with a PL/SQL action or otherwise. Does the (I assume) IFS developed CR1.ASPX page support the passing of parameters? If so, what is the syntax? Hello All, I installed a patch on IFS 10 Middleware servers, but at the end of the reconfiguration process, it said “configuration partly failed”. The middleware services are up and running, but the application page is not displaying. It says “Kindly assist in providing insight to resolving this.

IFS Cloud - Developer Studio - Transformer ini file BUG

In final step in development of Transformer is generated *.ins file with insert.This script using Obsolete table and produce error on deploy.  New table should be connect_transformer_tab (founded in 2110.upg)  Documentation shows that result is *.xml, that’s wrong, because from APP10 is result *.ins file.Detailed Workflow for XSL Transformer Development - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud  Maybe I have old DS, but update check is failing… And if I know everyone who tried to install DS later then me got fatal errors during installation.   Because I need to continue development - will be Ins_Util_API used or it is Obsolete too?because it is not used anymore:
