Next-Generation Service Management cannot be used with mobile application ?  


MWO use Worktask and assignment, can be used with Request task in request Service work ? 

Which mobile solution exists with Next-Generation Service Management ?

@djedaiB Have a look at the MWO document. MWO does support both Work Orders and Requests, there are just minor functional differences explained throughout the guide.
