Hello All, I created a business rule with Notification process Type. Notification message is an HTML formatted message, and we needed a Promised date column from a part need table. Hello all, As you can see in the screenshot below, I have selected certain fields from the specific list to be made read-only.However, when I log in as a dispatcher user and go to the Planning --> Resource Data --> Resources, I notice that only the free-text fields have become read-only. The dropdown list fields, for example, remain active, and I can still edit them. Is there a way to make all fields read-only for this particular list , regardless of their type?Please provide your inputs...Kind Regards

Hi experts,I am facing an issue in PSO. I have observed that when I modify a task in PSO, the 'modified by' field does not capture the username or full name of the user who updated the task. Instead, it always takes the same value, which is IFS_PSO. Is there a way for this specific field to take the username of the user when they manually change it? Please provide your inputs... Hi Community, Our user has label of required fields set in red color. If I understood well, that is set in app-param = REQUIRED_LABEL_STYLE_ID. In our system, that app-param is set to REQUIRED_STYLE.But in Item Styles we don't set the REQUIRED_STYLE. Is there any other place to set it up besides the app-param\item styles? We have FSM6 U24. Hello All, I am getting the following errors when launching a eForms in MWO. The problem randomly started and is affecting all surveys. Has anyone seen this error before. I have entered a case in SNOW and I see another case with what appears to be the same issue. Currently onsite training and this had severely impacted the training.
Created a data source not want to add filter into the data source but issue is when i am adding filter: user_def24 = IIF(ISNULL('$user_def24$', '') = '', user_def24, '$user_def24$') then it`s not taking the data from table where user_def24 is null into consideration. When i am adding filter: (user_def24 = IIF(ISNULL('$user_def24$', '') = '', user_def24, '$user_def24$') or user_def24 is null) then selecting one data from table it`s shows relevant data but with all rows which has user_def24 value null. EEXPECTED BEHAVIOUR When we are using filter then if a value is selected then data shows should be of that value and if nothing is selected on the parameter all values should be shown into table including null values.
