FSM customer duplication check

Hello,

we like to add new customer into FSM over the interface from CRM. Bevor the new customer ahve to be added to the FSM we like to have a duplication check into FSM. Does anybody know if a duplication check tool is available by IFS?

    Hey @mkuehnl 

    There is no such tool.

    You can run SQL queries and check your logic.
