Is it possible to change Calendar starting from Sunday to monday

What is the purpose of this change? Weeks start Sunday all around the globe.

In PSO its showing Mon as starting of week, but in FSM its showing sunday..

Is there any possiblity to change as Monday or not in FSM? Its country requirements.

Actually, this is wrong.
It is actually split by countries.
in 67 Countries the Week starts at Sunday.
But in 160 it starts at Monday.
And also, there are a few countries where it starts on Saturday….
