I am getting the error as “Http failure response for api/fsm/insertUpdate: 0 Unknown Error” while using client script for web instance. I am using updateRow function in my client script.
Even though the data is updated as expected but the error keeps coming on screen.

The script is being called on the Save button of request page. Where we are calling the inbound integration.

It would likely be helpful if you could provide the script that is calling the integration and the details of the integration you have setup.
When you say the update goes through, is this on the FSM data or you can see the change in the integration destination?
