Hi,Has anyone managed to configure the migration job/jobs so that you can migrate instant invoice header and lines (multiple headers and multiple lines). The problem is that when creating the header, invoice_id and inovice_no are generated and you have to enter it in lines.I'm talking about the window Financials\Supplier Invoice\Manual Supplier Invoice

Is it possible to import data into Excel using Excell addin by the Search function - only rows with empty ( NULL) field ? In IFS (cloud version) we can show rows with empty fields only using filter “!<>”  Is it a similar solution for import rows into Excel ?

Hello Community,I'm facing an issue with the Data Migration Manager. Whenever I deploy records that include dates, the time is being interpreted as 12:00 PM instead of 12:00 AM, which leads to a "resource not found" error.For example: 1/1/2000 12:00 PM is being used, but it should be 1/1/2000 12:00 AM.I've tried modifying the date format in the legacy file, but that hasn't resolved the issue.Thank you for your support.

We are looking to find a way to zero out and add back our inventory quantities, as that is a requirement to move from FIFO to Standard Costing and Allow Negative OnHand. Long story short, IFS deprecated deferred backflushes from Apps10 on.We are in IFS APPS8 but upgrading to Cloud. We want to do this change before said upgrade.Does anyone have any ideas how to do this is a script or batch manner?We have engaged IFS to provide with a script but they’re not really coming thru, and our implementation partner doesn’t want the liability -if they provide the script and somehow that fails and messes our data.We would need one method/script/batch to zero out our Inv Part in Stock quantities, and another to add the quantities back, in-between us make the inventory part changes and rolling costs.Our partner suggested that maybe a script using Issue Inventory Part and Receive Inventory Part, but the problem there is that the receive method changes the receipt date. Dear all,we are setting up our new PSO environment on ifs-cloud 24.2.2 and want to insert several thousands of customers with their names, adresses and contact information via REST-API calls.Currently we can successfully create the customer via REST-API “…/CustomerHandling.svc/CustomerInfoSet”.How can we add the communication-information via REST (the endpoint …/CustomerInfoContactEntity.svc/CustomerInfoContactSet seems not to be active)?How can we add the Address-information via REST (the endpoint …/CustomerInfoAddressEntity.svc/CustomerInfoAddressSet seems not to be active)?The json structure to POST this data seems to be correct.Best regardsMichael

We are currently using IFS app 9 and some of the users do use the Simple Data migration Tool. So they use xls files to load data into IFS. Now I'm looking for a similar tool in IFS Cloud and was going through different threads in this community. It seems the future is available in 24R2, but I cannot find any comfirmation on this.  Can anyone tell if it is yet availbale? 

Is there a process to get the system populated with example, demo, or dummy data?We are new to IFS Cloud, and will be starting our implementation process with our partner soon. However, we would like to be able to see what a basic setup would look like.Our prior ERP system had an example database which had the minimal setup with some dummy transactions. This was helpful in exploring functionality not implemented and was helpful to the development process.

Hi all,I am planning to upload a part creation template as an external file and one of the parameters which has been decided is the Site. This is not in the .csv upload, but rather in the assistant.Is it possible to put multiple values into the parameter in order to facilitate multiple external file transactions like the following?ie. While working on migrating data out of IFS, we have noticed that ProjectTransactionSeq does not seem to be indexed in Apps10 UPD20. Is there some reason for excluding this key value from being indexed?Or is the idea to use some other value that is actually indexed?P.S. We are on Managed Cloud Services, so supported by the IFS Cloud. 

It appears the Excel Migration procedure in Data Migration in IFS Cloud 23R1 no longer supports migration into Custom LU’s. This was always possible in Apps 10. This is a very useful piece of functionality that should have been uplifted. Does anyone know why this change has been made, and if there is a workaround, without having to resort to CREATE_TABLE_FROM_FILE/MIGRATE_SOURCE_DATA jobs as users will not be comfortable with that?

Anyone have luck using a Post Deployment process to change Routing Alternate or Product Structure Alternate from Tentative to Buildable in Data Migration Manager? I’m trying ROUTING_ALTERNATE_API.BUILD_ in this example. I can’t get it to fire off, no matter what settings I try. The Customer Order Status change is very straightforward in comparison, just requiring the ORDER_NO. I’m wondering if it has something to do with the migration not actually filling anything in for the OBJID or OBJVERSION. No idea what should go in the ATTR or ACTION sections. 

We found and issue while attempting to migrate PROD_STRUCTURE rows using the Data Migration Manager.In essence, once we reach the Deployment Container screen and when we click on Deploy, nothing gets deployed. Even worse, there is no error message or anything to indicate if the deployment failed or something else is preventing the action to complete.Because a video is easier to show this condition I uploaded this video on YouTube so you can see what exactly is going on. https://youtu.be/5z6YtX-Cz4sAny idea as to what could be happening?
