Astea Mobile Edge - Disable Autosource checkbox from order material

Have you tried disabling the Use Auto-Sourcing option in the Logistics Settings on Alliance Back Office.

We are using Astea Alliance (14.0.0.24) in production and the Auto Source checkbox is not enabled but it is still visible in the mobile application.

Hi @Firdosh Malesaria, It seems like you don’t have access rights. All boxes are greyed out for you. Have you tested this in the test environment?

Yes, we tried in a test environment. I have unchecked the box in logistic settings but still in the mobile application Autosource checkbox is enabled.

Hi @Firdosh Malesaria, have you checked at the node level? Have you checked and unchecked auto source at the node level? Please also check with Narendran regarding an issue he logged previously under EU0063878.
