When Creating an RMA we return an error message – Base sale unit price must be greater than zero!We have identified the issue, and it applies to package parts. It appears the total discount on the package header is being applied to the individual component lines within the package part which is resulting in a negative discount amount.When identifying the Package Part Structure for the order we can see the Price/Curr for each component has a positive value as seen below –However, when adding each component line manually to the RMA we can see there are differences between the pricing which has resulted in some components having a negative price and others having a significantly reduced price. This could have resulted in customers being credited the wrong amount if it wasn’t for the error with negative pricing.The workaround was to add the component lines manually, connect the lines to the order then adjust the price to reflect the component price on the package part structure.Attached is

What are the updated and advantageous features introduced in IFS 10 compared to IFS 8?

Hi, We as a partner are updating IFS application from UPD 10 to UPD 22 for our client. We would like to know the steps involved to do this update manually without the help of IFS.As a start we have followed the steps. Created IFS Case and apply UPD 22 and created customization package. Requested ifs for the latest config file and they gave us with UPD22 updated config file We have created build home by running IFS Config builder. Then we have downloaded the UPD extractor file from the customization package and opened this file in solution developer. Now we are at the step to Make obsolete, Merge and Check in files to harvest. Can anyone please let us know if the steps followed till now are correct and is there a document or set of steps that need to be followed to do this update of IFS application manually.Thank youRegards,Roshith Shetty

Hello,One of our customers has reported that their SSO did not automatically turn on after release update delivery installation. They had to reapply the settings in order to get it working again.Is this normal? Is there a setting that we can set in order to make SSO automatically turn on after a delivery?

We are installing middle tier with Customer using proxy server for all traffic. Dear all, we are having installed UPD20 in our DEV instance of IFS10. This updated contains some difficulties with PDF straight printing from Windows. Now we are thinking to  get Upd22 and install it straight into TEST instance to check if all issues are gone. THe problem is that our current TEST contains UPD18 and release 44. Would it be possible to jump over Upd20, 21 and go straight to UPD22 in our TEST? I have a customer running IFS10 UPD13 who needs to the changes for Polish eInvoice released in GlobalExtension UPD21.They don’t want to install the full UPD21 right now. Is it possible to get a single patch for the Polish eInvoice?Solution 307953Regards Johan

If we increase RAM or vCPU on ifs MWS do we have to run reconfiguration? or any other steps to follow? 

The IFS APP 10 environment is currently on UPD 19. I would appreciate advice on the next UPD that needs installation. Do I need to install all the latest UPDs one by one, released after UPD 19, or just the latest UPD 26?

I would like to request clarification on the information and process involved in patching the IFS APP10 middleware server. Could you guide me on how to request and obtain information about this? As an example, I find it straightforward to download and apply patches for Oracle from their support portal. Consequently, I am interested in understanding the process for patching the IFS APP10 middleware server.

When you install a delivery in cloud you have to reset the ifsadmin password and then rebuild the SSO configurations.  Is there anything else that gets overwritten each time you install a delivery? I am hoping to build a correct post-delivery activities list.  Does anyone know if IFS is working on changing this behavior?

Our company is on APPS 9 and has recently announced we are transitioning to APPS 10, we have customized APPS 9 extensively.  How customizable is APPS 10?

Dear IFS Community,I’m trying to install Crystal Web Service into a windows 2019 server for IFS APP09 environment.IIS manager version is 10.When I try to view a Crystal Quick report, I get the following error.And I can’t see errors in log file.We would appreciate it if you can give us your suggestions/comments to solve this, please.Thank you in Advance!

HiThere is no informations about extension GET. Access is only for IFS employee (https://ifs.sharepoint.com/sites/GlobalExtension) When you publish it for partners? 

One of the customers had a delivery failure (PROD) due to a DB connection issue. There weren't any issues in non-prod delivery installation. The error shows (!!!Error, no database connection exists). The customer is asking whether there are any corrective actions that could be taken in order to avoid the same error in the future for the same environment followingly other environments as well and also asking the reason for this connection timeout. 

Wondering if anyone can steer me towards where I can get a calendar of FSM6 update release dates.  Looking to plan our upgrade projects for 2024 - 2026 into our overall IT master schedule.Thanks.Richard
