I was in connect with out very old customer using IFS 7 SP1.
Now they are willing to get themselves on IFS10.
Wanted to know is there a possibility to upgrade from IFS7 SP1 version to IFS10 directly?
I am aware that IFS 7.5 can be upgraded, but not sure on IFS 7.
or reimplementation is the only option?

Whilst there may be a reason that they want to go to Apps 10, an upgrade/reimplementation to IFS Cloud is the more logical approach given the support that they will get?
As for upgrade or reimplementation, there is no one answer to this and the attached helps decide which route to take.
