Pro-forma Invoice

If you mean printing pro-forma invoice, that can be done in APP10 at customer order header

In addition to the customer order proforma invoice (mentioned by Susith) its also possible to print the Proforma invoice for the shipment.

Printing the Shipment Pro forma invoice can be automated using the shipment type. Below I am printing it at shipment delivery for my shipment type.

@Tess1, in case the ‘Print Pro Forma Invoice’ was disabled for you and that was what you were inquiring, see this thread. It’s most probably due to a permission issue.
