Customer Order Line Connection

I am getting the following error when trying to connect a line in Project Navigator.

 

Does anyone have a solution for this?

    I don’t know about budget/planning code but “invalid time interval” on project is this Valid Until field in Financials/Project Accounting/Project

     

    Might also be worth checking the planned finish date on the activity
