Can anyone please advise?
What do people do with regards reporting Sales Intake and monitoring the changes/movements from period to period i.e. changes in the order price, cancelled lines, deleted lines etc.?

Specific and timed automatic downloads weekly and monthly to keep the timing between snapshots precise, then everything is churned together in PowerBI to create the needed dashboards and reports for Sales, Business Management, Finance related to Bookings, Sales stats, etc. Part of the reason for the PowerBI setup is because we are combining IFS info with a legacy ERP system data which a couple of countries are still using along with a few sales offices that are not using any ERP system and maintain their marketing data in a centralized database.
