Hi Community,This invoice related to the collective invoice, balance is matching with posting lines. Posting lines created M28 only, I could not see the IP4 and IP2 in the posting lines.Please help to solve issue.
In a "manufactured" DOP structure, when the "manufactured" DOP structure is released, a Production Order with the status "planned" is created. If a component in the DOP structure is in MRP procurement, the IFS will create a reservation for that component if it is available in stock and the DOP structure is in automatic netting.At the time of the release of the OF, it will reserve the components of the Production Order, taking over the stock reservations that are on the DOP structure.But the reservation rules are not respected. The postponement of this reservation does not use the rules of the reservation that is made manually on the Production Order.How is the reservation (DOP Netting) done on the DOP, and why does it not use the reservation rules like the Production Order? Hi All,I am investigating an issue of difference between the GL account and the GRNI report, due to transactions on “Non inventory scrap for No credit” is not included in GRNI report.Transaction Codes on “Non inventory scrap for No credit” are M94 and M92.M94 debit transaction is not picked to GRNI report.This observed in IFS app 08th version.Thank you
I have one DSE session with all orders failing allocation with reason “Exclude from DSE - Invalid data”. I do not see any errors in the DSE server event logs.Anyone have any suggestions to resolve issue?
As of now Dangerous Goods, Classification, and Basic data are placed in HCM. Health and Safety. This is correct and it mainly discusses handling those materials from Health and safety perspective.MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) information can be registered under Dangerous Goods Information.However, this information can be visible in Part Catalog as well. We have a few questions.How HCM/ Dangerous Goods Information connects with Part Catalog in SCM. We upgrade to Apps 10 recently. In Apps 8 our PM Action Maintenance plan properly calculated based on the actual finish date of the work order. See 6/30/2022 below. We are experiencing different behavior in App10 with the Maintenance Plan incrementing the Due Date based on some other value (not actual finish of the work order). Please see highlighted are below. Can any help explain how to fix this behavior? Or understand why this is happening. We have bad due dates in the system now.

Hi,In IFS Cloud(21R2), what are the options available to change automatic log out time of the IFS client application and mobile client when a user hasn’t been active for sometime (X minutes) ?I noticed that there is a system parameter called ‘Max idle time’ in Apps10 but I coudn’t find the same in IFS Cloud. Hello,We are currently using UPD10 and we have entered our entire fleet data in the system however we still need to use our old system for other data such as driver names, insurance, license #s and schedules. Is there another area in IFS or any plans for future IFS releases that can house this data so that we can eliminate double work (in separate systems) to maintain all fleet data?Best regards,Lily
Hello Everyone, As I understand, the only way to be able to get a view like REST endpoint is creating a Quick Report . This can then be called through the QuickReports.svc endpoint. This has been working for us but sporadically the quick reports will disappear from the API Explorer Function list. I usually employ the highly intelligent solution of randomly clicking buttons, documenting what I do, to try to get them to show back up in the list. My first attempt is to always Refresh the Dictionary and Report Server Cache. Unfortunately, as expected, I don’t have any real solid evidence as to what gets them back in the list. Maybe this may help someone but this is the error that is returned when a QuckReport is not accesible:RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND Message: Cannot find EntitySet, Singleton, ActionImport or FunctionImport with name 'QuickReport_147084’ These Quick Reports haven’t changed in a long time. Hi, I’m trying to relate Postings triggered by Customer Invoices (those visible on the Customer Invoice Postings Analysis screen) back to the Part No. Currently this screen just shows the amount and I have to infer the part. Is there a view or something that will help me relate these from a reporting perspective? I’m using IFSAPP10.
Hi,I can nicely call the Rest API layer using Postman, but how is this done using Power BI? I guess the ultimate target would be calling the Rest API layer using OData protocol and the Service Account authentication. What are your experiences in this domain, any success and any hands on documentation? The documentation on PowerBI that I have managed to find focuses on public OData sources , with no authentication or authentication using Windows 365. Jukka

What can cause such error? How to diagnose it? Maybe something in configuration is wrong or needs some adjustements? Hi all, I am working in setting up the Group Consolidation basic data. From the document, I understand that we have to define a code part with the Code Part Function ‘Consolidation’ un the master company and put the list of reporting companies in the code part values. I have done it but and I don’t understand how the code part is used afterwards. When I transfer balances from reporting companies and run the conso process, this code part is empty in the consolidated balances. Did I miss a mapping between the reporting entities and this code part? Thank you very much for your help.
Hi everyone, We are getting the following error of Voucher is not balanced. The supplier invoice is balanced at “balance” but not at “currency balance”: Reading multiple topics, the possible solution is IP28 but this posting is not triggered. And yes, we have the option activated at company level: And IP28 properly configured at posting control level: Does anyone knows how I can solve these problems? They are bit annoying and we could not use this functionality because it seems that it does not work or we are doing something wrong. Kind regards.
Hi All,is it possible to activate the list of value for the “to location No” in the Data Collection Configuration “Process Part on Transport Task” to change this location? At the moment it´s not possible: there is only the possibility to select the entered location However, if I enter the location manually, it is accepted by the system. For project deliverables when some equipment is purchased (externally or internally), we have not found any possibility to have a supply option where the supplier ships the goods directly to the customer.Currently we use Customer Order for these scenarios, but that is not optimal in combination with projects.Any ideas on alternative solutions or development done in Project Deliverables?
