How can we derive the ETA of a task

how can we derive the eta of a task and store it in eta field of task  for a fsm system using pso and mobile for technicians.

Hi @Gudulbaba, @TatRajatM,

Is this the ETA of arriving at the sight or the ETA of the task being started or some other ETA? All of these values are available but where from depends on what specific value you would use as an ETA.

Thanks for the response.

I want ETA of arrival at the sight in one scenario and also want ETA of task being started in another scenario. I a using PSO for dynamic allocation, FSM and Mobile for technician.

So how can we store the ETA in task in FSM for both the above scenario?

Hi @Gudulbaba, @TatRajatM,

You should be able to get this from the DSE_ALLOCATION table. I would suggest creating a Business Rule to copy the activity start date from this table in to a user def date time field on the task when a new entry is made in the allocation table.
