SCHEDULED JOB ERROR

Hi,

What is the error message? The Time Balance reconciliation is a bit “sensitive”… Some times we experience problems also when we run it manunally many employees at a time, but when you run it one by one it works.

Most of the times it is error messages regarding future balance violations and also index problems. Would be interesting to know what errors you get.

When we do it manually, one at a time, we don’t get any error, correct Amy.  Amy, do you do it for a small group all at once? If so, do you get an error ?

HI,

The first error sounds like the employee doesn’t have a primary job assignment on the date of reconciliation, but it could also be an access issue.

What user is it that has scheduled the database task - ZEHR1APP or another user? Note that for all HR tasks the user must have HR access not only full access through permission set. In time and attendance it is not even enough with HR Application manager but th euser must have HR access with a role that contains authorization rights and very often also access to transferred result. This is because some calculations and reconciliations requires removals of authorizations before recalculating and then redo the authorization again.
