Background:
- In our current system, when specifying the number of hours for a resource in the Schedule of Work (SOW) Item Details, the cost rate must be manually entered.
- However, there is a request to streamline this process by having the Resource Group cost (Project Related Cost) automatically propagate to the SOW Item Detail. Essentially, when specifying the hours, the associated cost should be derived from the Resource Group.
Query:
- We want the Cost Rate on the SOW Item to pull through the Resource Group cost If the Resource Type is chosen as ‘Project Resources’ for the SOW Line Item.
- Is it standard behaviour within IFS Cloud Schedule of Work for the Resource Group cost to automatically pull through from the Resource Group to the SOW Item Detail?
- Or do we need a CRIM CRIM)to address this?
