+2We just tried installing a clean install and everything installed successfully on the middle server and See that all the pods are running successfully but we cannot access IFS from any machine on the local LAN.
I am assuming I am missing something basic. Any advise to get past this issue is very much appreciated.

the pods status should be 2/2
can you check database connection and alert logs
