We are asking if you have anything like the Global Extension (GET)  (which is from R&D).  Localizations would be Freight interface, Credit Card interface, Barcode interface.  China localization or Mexico localization.  It’s anything that is not part of the core product but is supported by R&D or your region. It is not asking about modifications or customizations made in your codeline by services. Hope this helps.

IFS doesn’t keep track any longer of the non-core items that you have installed, you have to be very clear with them all along the way or the connections to these items will be lost and create issues on the update.

It would seem an easy thing to keep track of by customer account, but it is always a forgotten point.
