In the IFS Cloud version, is it possible to set Workcenters and other resources to Finite schedule as we could do in the previous versions to get Shop Orders to schedule based on constraints? If not, is there a plan to use PSO or something else to get to that point?
I know there is sequencing in APB, but was looking for a way to automatically slot/schedule the orders.

In IFS Cloud you can define Work Centers, Labor Classes, Tools and Inventory Parts with finite capacity and use APB to schedule shop order just as in Apps 10.
Developments are ongoing to be able to instead use the PSO scheduling engine to schedule shop orders. Maybe

To further add to Björn's answer, in IFS Cloud 22R2 we are adding additional capabilities utilising PSO as an application service as per extract from the roadmap below….
