Hi IFS Community, hope you can help!I have been able to run a Cash Flow Exposure report out of IFS, the PDF looks great and is summarized per row by Cash Flow Source e.g. inflows/ outflows → which include sub categorizes of those inflow/outflows e.g. customer orders or purchase orders.This is great and is a good, high level report. I assume it is produced from the resulting ‘Update Cashflow Analysis Snapshot’.However my question to you helpful people is → Is there any way to view the detail behind the high level ‘Cash Flow Exposure’ report ? i.e. can I see the data that was collected as part of the ‘Update Cashflow Analysis Snapshot’ ?Best regards,James 

Hello - We are on Apps10 update 17.  I am looking for the best practice to correct a price on a customer order once the invoice has been created for the wrong amount.  We are currently creating a credit memo from an RMA and then creating a new customer order with the correct price.  These transactions do create inventory receipts and issues that I am looking to avoid as inventory is correct.Thanks

Dear team, Is there a reason for not to consume Project Misc Demands by Master Scheduling unless the supply option is PMRP and you run MS for the project? If you have a project misc demand with supply option MRP and the same part is defined as a MS Level 1 part, it does not create supply either by MRP or by MS.

How do I configure IFS Business Reporter so that the generated Excel file can be refreshed and used repeatedly? Unfortunately, in my case, once the Excel file is generated and saved to a local or network drive, it fails to connect to the database and retrieve updated data in subsequent cycles. Has anyone experienced this and can help me?

Hello,In Position Access Setup there is a possibility to switch on Including Position subordinates. Afterwards new employees at pointed position will be able to see employees at current and lower positions.But in Position setup there is a filter by Organization as well. It is possible to switch on Organization subordinates as well. But manually. So every time when employee gets assignment on the position he can see employees in his organization, not employees in lower organizations.Please think about settings where it’s possible to set up automatic switch on for Include Organization subordinates on Supervision - access setup form.

Not allowing to GRN (Purchase Order Arrival) an Inventory part due to the error “The value of the inventory transaction may not be 0 for part”But there is a value in the purchase order line. I tried changing Misc part info to “Zero Cost Allowed” then the ARRIVAL got created with 0 value in the inventory transaction history.

We have discovered a handful of shop orders that are not pulling in the phantom part number into that specific column. I have found 1 Customer Order that has 2 of the exact same cases on the order, one shop order has the phantom part no showing and the other does not.  Phantom ShowingNo Phantom ShowingThe shop orders were released on the same day. We use the CTO module; these are both the same configuration. In the past we knew it would not appear due to being a shop order brought over from IFS9 to IFS10.

I’m having issues saving Measurement for Object for some specific records. It doesn’t happen to all. I click save and it takes a long time and finally errors out.  Context:I am using a BPA Workflow triggered by a custom event when a measurement is entered The workflow event action is set to run asynchronously. I disabled this event action and I’m still seeing the same issue for specific records. The workflow makes multiple IFS API calls a IFS Rest Call includes JavaScript scripting includes looping through a collection of objects The mutating operations in the workflow include: Creating web app notifications Creating push notifications for MWO applications  Any insight on this would be useful. It could be a data issue, or it could be a side effect of the custom event action with the workflow.

Hey! We receive customer sales orders via external EDI integration. The inbound JSON payload is correctly processed by IFS, and the sales order is successfully created in the system. The item EAN (GTIN) is included in the JSON and is correctly matched to the internal part using the Sales Part Cross Reference setup.Problem:Although the matching of the part using the EAN works as expected, the system does not apply the quantity or price conversion factor defined in the Sales Part Cross Reference (conversion factor field). As a result, the ordered quantity and unit price are not converted accordingly when the order is created.Question:Is there a specific field, tag, or switch that must be included in the inbound JSON for IFS to apply the defined conversion factor from the Sales Cross Reference? We have Java-based Print Agents on IFS Applications 9 UPD 13. When they crash, like during a Windows update, they produce files like $ROOT\agents\$ID\crash_logs\crashlog_0.csv.Is there a setting I can change somewhere to stop this from happening? End users resubmit their jobs that don't come out right away, so if a job dies, I want it to stay dead.As a workaround, we could remove the crashlog_0.csv file with a startup script, but it would be nice to avoid unnecessary complexity in our total solution.

We are migrating from APP9 to Cloud. In APP9 we use prepare work order quotation and create the work order. When these migrate to Cloud, a work order is created with an attached service quotation. Migration also creates 1 work task per tool line on tools and facilities tab and a final work task which has all planning, materials, time reports lines. When I add new planning, materials or time reports line, go to Conclude Work Order, and create invoice preview I do not see any of the new sales or cost lines in the preview. This is an issue because our process will be to transfer all cost and sales lines (they are invoiceable on work task sales tab) to the customer order eventually so they can be recognized in financials. Does anyone have suggestions? This problem doesn’t exist when I create a new work order and work task. Hi Experts,In work task time reporting, is there a way we can round the Reproted time bases on some increment setup.Ex:Technician report 1hr and 7 Minutes but we need to charge the customer in 15Min interval. so the invoice hours should be 1hr 15 Min?If Time Increment is 30 Min then it should be rounded to the next 30 min! Ex: 2.25 hr reported then Invoice Hour should be 2.5 hr This setup is there in Customer old system but I could not find any similar function in IFS Cloud?Thank you,KM

In IFS Cloud, PL/SQL event actions ("Execute Online PLSQL Block") have a character limit. While the system allows up to 4000 characters (and this limit can be bypassed via direct edit), the effective limit for exporting Application Configuration Packages (ACPs) containing these actions is approximately 3980 characters. I want to skip an error if any for single csv file row and log the error in the log file.Current behavior if an error raised from a row executing entire file is halted. There is a keyword called catch error but seems only works with test files.Is there any way to achieve this?

Hi Allcommitting activity through schedule information tab when I change the status of an activity in PSO from Allocated to Committed, the change is being made, but after a few seconds the status changes automatically to Allocated again.Has anyone encountered something like this?
