Hello,We are running 23R2. We have been provided an SQL data repair script by IFS support as a solution to a ticket. We have been advised to deploy the script using a corrective delivery. We followed cloud documentation and included the .sql file in a corrective delivery and deployed but the script did not get executed. Could you please let me know how I can get this script deployed?Thanks

Hello,maybe someone could help us to find out the reason of one strange problem.In IFS9 form “Document Revision” the fields “Created By” and “Modified By” are filled automatically and cannot be modified manually. They always fill in with the ID of the User, who created or modified Document Revision record.  But when the Search is executed for those fields, system returns the value of the Person ID, but not the User ID:I am selecting User ID: IFSAPP:System returns Person ID: KONVERSIJA:and the search doesn’t find anything, because the field “Created By” is filled with the User ID (not the Person ID): We think that it is IFS bug. Because in IFS Cloud we doesn’t see such problem (In IFS Cloud LOV of Created By and Modified By returns the User ID, but not the Person ID). Thank you beforehand for the replays:). Lina

Hello,I am trying to delete an attachment from a document revision via workflow, but I am getting this error:  Unfortunately the general error message is not really helpful. When I run the same in postman everything works fine. Basically it is the same REST-Call the Aurena Client uses when an attachemnt is deleted from the document revision. Any ideas why id does not work via workflow?

IFS V.9I’m facing an issue with a Shop Order. After opening the Shop Order and right-clicking to change its status to "Release," a popup message appears with a warning "The work center xxxxx is not assigned to the same procution line as part xxxxxxxxxxxx." . Has anyone encountered this issue before? I’d appreciate any advice or suggestions. Thank you. 

Hi Expert, The DMM documentation says that the installation environment should be PROD, and the reason is that DB links cannot be created to PROD. ・Why can't I create a DBLINK to PROD environment?・Is there a problem with the method of preparing DMM in the TEST environment and then transferring data from the TEST environment to the PROD environment when migrating data?  ーーーーDefine Migration Project - Technical Documentation For IFS CloudThe Database Links will be created to environments sitting under PROD. There will be no Database Links created to PROD, and that is why it normally should sit in the Installed Environment.

I want to define a huge project in project form(the number of activities is a lot). I assign a calendar to project but I need to assign different calendar to some activities of this project(different from what we set up at the beginning). I want to know is it possible to do this? Hi,How can we clear in Transit Quantity in the Inventory Value Per Period screen?I cannot see any inventory stuck in the Inventory Part in Internal Order Transit or Inventory Part in Stock window.Thank you in advance.

I’m new to IFS and trying to confirm if you can set an allowable range for the on-time delivery?  We allow a 10-days early / 1-day late window we consider acceptable currently and I’d like to have that factoring into the logic within IFS if possible.  We are currently using IFS Aurena but starting the path to Cloud if there are differences between them.  

In an outbound integration, the data file created by the integration logic is stored in the fndcn_message_body_tab -> message_value and message_text columns. You can download these files from the "Application Messsages" screen -> "Input Message Data" and "Output Message Data" tabs.However if there is a transformer connected to the routing address, the transformed file cannot be downloaded from the "Applicaiton Messages" screen. The transformed file will be only available in the destination specified in the routing address. My question is, do we store the transformed file in one of our internal tables in IFS?

Hi All,During shop order creation it cannot be saved because of this error message.(Scrap factor is mandatory).But In product structure the Scrap factor is set to zero(0). It also in Inventory part u der manufacturing TAB Scrap factor set to (0). May be this zero value (0) can not be fetched from BOM/Inventory part.what could be the possible solution? 

I have a serialized part and we are trying to do shipment in FSM for that. However we are getting Column Bin ID(s) in table stock serial have invalid values.We are not maintaining any bins in the application and hence the serial is available in location directly.Anyone faced this issue??? What could be the reason for the same.

Hello Community,I would like to know how is it possible to change automatically the Phase In date of the revision while we create an inventory part ?I check another topic, where it is mentionned that I can do this thing by Custom Events.SO I created a custom events that is triggered well while Invdntory Part is created. But I think something is wrong with my custom action see below :I tried both of these solutions :That is the error while creating an inventory part :Maybe I’m trying to update something that is not existing for now. So maybe I should change the custom event … I’m not sure.Appreciate your help :) 

 Status detail Info in the Posting Information states “Posting proposal is in balance and awaiting authorization.” You go to authorize the Posting Proposal and you get the error “Posting Proposal is not in balance.” I am at a loss, has anyone else ran into this scenario? IFS Cloud 24R1

Hello,Our client has implemented the inter company functionality.The scenario is as followed:- Create a purchase order on site A- Customer order is generated on site B- Customer invoice on site B is generated, printed and sent-Supplier invoice is generated.However on the supplier invoice , we would like to have the customer invoice in attachment. This will help the user on the supplier invoice to be able to have a more detailled information.Question:Is it possible to send and receive attachments via the inter company functionality?Thanking you.BRLakshmi

I want to update user_def13 with attachment_name. user_def13 is in the escalation table, but there is no direct relationship between the escalation and attachment tables. So, I created another table named c_escalation_extension.I have written a business rule to insert esc_id, attachment_id, and attachment_name into c_escalation_extension. The insertion is working correctly. Update operation is not working. Currently our organization uses customer order lines to plan for production.  There is a need to plan production for product to be shipped into remote warehouse.  Realize the Shipment order is generally used for this move, as the shipment order creates a shipment with a receiver type as Receiver Warehouse, however this presumes that inventory is already in stock..  As mentioned, we use customer orders to plan production,  ahead of the shop orders, and produce to order.  Is IFS configurable to take a customer or receiver ID as a customer order and auto create the shipment as a remote warehouse receiver type?  This would give visibility to the shipment in the Open Customer orders, along with all other open orders, yet still allow for shipment inventory transfer to Remote Warehouse.  The only difference I see on the shipment whether created by a Shipment order or a Customer order is the receiver type.   We would like all Shipments, regardless of receiver type, originate from the customer
